This alleged incident didn't involve Roiland specifically, but it accused his studio of wrongfully terminating a worker who complained of sexual harassment and gender discrimination. Squanch Games denied the allegations but later settled the case with the complainant.

The case against him was dropped in March due to "insufficient evidence", and Roiland has continued to deny all of the allegations made against him.
