The so-called Adam's New World Enhanced mod offers "a simple and efficient colour correction" that Adam says achieves a realistic look to the game without affecting performance.
It makes New World look less fantasy and more realistic, according to the modder. "I have only used Lightroom's colour correction to achieve the look," he writes, mentioning there is no loss to FPS.
Once installed the mod supposedly creates sharper textures, improves sky lighting, shadows, and colours. Notably, the modder says it doesn't affect the game's performance, which has been beset by some performance issues and glitches.
