Just been accused of cheating in New World, and have no idea why? You're not the only one. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:New World's PTR servers are banning players as soon as they sign in - restricting their accounts for two days, over apparent "♏;cheating"ꦺ;.
New World's PTR only rolled out yesterday, but it looks like some players won't be trying out the experimental features anytime soon. As verified by one of our own, many can't actually sign into it without being hit with a temporary ban for cheating, and there's no word on when the issue will be fixed.
Our dedicated 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:New World guides writer Harry Alston was hit with the ban just now, alongside an entire Discord server that was planning to try out the PTR. If the banning bug isn't fixed soon, their accounts will be restricted until Sunday.
If you're one of those affected, it isn't all doom and gloom. The PTR is hosted on a separate client, so you will indeed be able to play the normal game on your usual server. You might just be waiting a couple of days until you can test out the new, planned features.
Judging by the subreddit, plenty of people have indeed managed to get in and start playing. As it was rolled out over the space of a whole day yesterday, it is possible that there was an issue in granting access to some players. In any event, this probably isn't a coordinated attack against our writer's Discord server.
For those of you that can get in, you'll have plenty to keep you busy. There are new weapons to try out, and experimental enemies to fight. Preexisting missions have also been revamped, in an effort to add more variety to the main story. Anyone who owns New World should be able to get into the PTR - hopefully without being called a cheater. The only requirement is that you make a separate download, so you may need to free up some space.
New Wo🍌rld launched September 28, and is available exclusively on PC.
