168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Nier Replicant is a game that was made from a combination of love and a bit of nihilism. Yoko Taro did not just create a fun game — he, as always in his franchises, gave players a lot to think about. This is something he often does when making games. The same thing can be seen also other games of his, especially when it comes to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Nier: Automata.

Due to this design philosophy, Nier Replicant has a lot of hidden information. Much can be found in its si♌de quests — they are used by Yoko Taro to foreshadow themes, events, and to add some philosophical dept to the game.

5 ﷽ The Great Tree ♑

Nier Replicant The Great Tree quest

This quest is overshadowed by many other side quests of the game. That is bec♏ause it is a simple fetch quest about a plant piece. However, it reveals something that is interesting about Nier's lore: at some point, plants were all wiped out from the face of the planet. The fact that they did return is what the quest giver is researching.

This is an interesting revelation about the world past the intro section. Humans were most likely not the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:only thing the Legion wiped out. This is also a way for the game to foreshadow the reveཧlation of humanity's extinction.

4 Freesia

In the quest The Belated Letter, Nier is given a letter to be delivered to a girl. The letter is from a man in Seafront who has a lover in The Aerie. Upon getting there, Nier does not find the girl, but, instead, a shade that he kills in𒁏 battle. The shade drops a freesia after the battle. The implication is that a shade killed th🦩e Seafront man's lover. However, things are rarely that simple in Yoko Taro's games.

After the time skip, players might be given the Freesia quest. It is directly connected to The Belated Letter. In this quest, Nier is just meant to deliver freesias to the Material Shopkeeper. When he does so, she tells a story about a girl who used to live next door. The girl was attacked by a shade, causing her to turn into one as well. This has many implications. It seems that having 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:a shade taking over one's body is not a fate that was exclusive to Kainé. Also, Nier most likely murdered the S꧟eafronꦿt man's lover during the previous quest.

3 The Lighthouse Lady's Quest ☂Chain

Nier Replicant the lighthouse lady's wrath decision

This is not a single quest, but a series of quests given to Nier by Devola. They all revolve around an old lady who lived in the lighthouse located at Seafront. Like many other Yoko Taro games, the qꦚuests are meant to make the player think about morality and happiness. The quests are designed in a way that will eventually obligate Nier to face a moral conundrum.

In this quest, an old lady is dying from the Black Scrawl disease, which 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:might have been Nier's fault, even though he does not real🗹ize it. The old lady has been exchanging letters with her love for a while and she wishes to see him before her time comes. Unfortunately, the old lady's loved one is already dead, and the postman has been pretending to be him to keep her happy during her final days. Players make the choice of how this will play out in the end.

2 🍨 The Runaway Son 🎃

Runaway Son Hat

Players can get this side quest as soon as they complete The Barren Temple due to Facade's storyline. There is a man near the weapon ship who asks Nier to track down his son. After tracking this man's son down throughout the world, players will find him surrounded by wolves. The kid is then saved and sent home. This leaves Nier to deal with the consequences of his blind trustꦫ.

Once players return to talk to the father, he will be gone, along with his son. In fact, a guard shows up to say that they are not good people. They always borrow money from people and then leave — a practice they seem to be constantly do𝐆ing. There is no reward here, and it is a lot of work for the sake of wasting your time. Ultimately, it is about Yoko Taro giving players something to think about. Humans are not always good, and replicants are just like humans.

1 Res♎earch Project 💜

Nier Replicant Research Project Emil talking about his mother

This is a quest that players tend to miss, which happens mostly due to the many things that must be🀅 done before this quest is available. Sebastian lets Nier know that he has been trying to discover a method to transform Emil's body. His intention is to make Emil look human again. Sebastian believes that the clues to achieve this goal are locked in a dangerous area, so he asks for the player's help.

In the end, after looking for the clues, Nier manages to put his hands in an encrypted document. Sebastian🦹 decrypts the document to reveal that it was not a document at all. In fact, it was a letter to Emil. It was from a scientist who cared for him and wanted to save him from his situation as a lab rat. She even says "I tried to make up for this by serving as your mother, but I know now that my efforts fell woefully short."
