He has so many fans that a spin-off game starring him would make sense. He could go on a journey to try free Pokémon from harmful situations. He also doesn't like battling, so there is a chance to get creative with new kinds of gameplay and mechanics.

Princess Peach has her own spin-off games, but the other Mario princesses need some love as well. Rosalina is a fan favorite and has been making more appearances in the games because of that.
Fans love her because she has a deeper and more tragic story than other Mario characters. If she got her own game, that would get a lot of people excited. Everyone wants to see more of her. After all, who doesn't want to be a space princess?

Before a Linkle spin-off game, fans want Zelda herself to be the star of her own adventure. Her incarnations have gone through a lot but none of them have yet to take up an adventure of their own with the player like Link.
Zelda has proven that she is capable of combat, magic, and more. She is not so different from Link, so she should get her own game. Maybe there can be a game where she is the one saving Link? Let's not talk about those CD-i games, though. They don't count.
Dark Pit From Kid Icarus
Dark Pit is Pit's doppelgänger and rival. He is a little complicated, as he has both acted as an ally and enemy to Pit depending on the situation. His personality is one that is intriguing, has he as issues about his own identity (who can blame him?) and typically is a rebel and hates following orders.
He could be a fun character to play as. Sometimes we want to be more of an anti-hero. There is a part in Uprising where you do get to play as him, and it is a lot of fun. So why not make a whole game like that?
