Updated on June 17, 2024 by Gabrielle Castania: It's been a little while since we last updated this list, and some of our titles have received some pretty highly-acclaimed ports since then. In today's update, we're not only adding more info to our picks, but making sure our picks are still accurate as well. The online services for the 3DS may have gone offline, but our love for the console never will.
15 𒉰 Cooking Mama ꧙
Even Better Than Mama!
Launching in 2006, Cooking Mama is a legendary title wherein you follow Mama's instructions to cook some delicious meals. It was a fan favorite and required little effort, yet everyone loved to play this wonderful gam♐e! So while there may be versions 💦of Cooking Mama on the Switch, nothing compares to the original.
It may not be the most thrilling game in the world, but if you had a DS and played during 2006, then this game will most likely be stuck in your memory as one that 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:filled everyone's heart with joy. It was simple,♔ adorable, and undeniably one of the most fun games you could play on the DS.
14 ♏ Sonic Rush ܫ
Gotta Go Fast, No Matter The Console
While there are some fun Sonic games on the Switch, nothing is the same as good old Sonic Rush. It was a thrilling, fast-paced game that brought so many people into the beloved series, and rightly so. It was an incre🌺dibly fun game to play and one that just has to be put o𓃲nto the Switch again!
It was one of those games where the graphics never needed to be anything special, since the gameplay was just so perfect. Sometimes when you pick up the Nintendo Switch, all you want is a good bit 🌞of fast-paced nostalgia, and Sonic Rush brings it.
13 Professor Layton ♍
Who Doesn't Love A Good Mystery?
It's worth mentioning that there has been a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Professor Layton made for the Nintendo Switch, but it's relatively clear this 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:just isn't the same as the classic adventures of Professor Layton and his self-proclaimed apprentice, Luke. There were so many mini-games and puzzles in the DS series that hold a special place in so many people's hearts. So when Layton's Mystery Journey was released, fans had high hopes.

18 Rarest Nintendo DS Games And How Much They’re Wort🌱h
As the highest-selling portable console of all time, the DS has had a ton of games made for it, some of which have becom꧒e very hard to find.
For some, the newer game delivered and filled that Layton-sized hole, but for many, it will never hi𝓡t the spot that the previous games did. Sometimes all we need is a little remaster to get right back into those challenging puzzles.
12 PictoChat
Drawing To Your Friends In The Same Room Has Never Been So Fun
There were many things that brought a smile with the DS, but one shines above any game you. It was free, it was fun, and most of all, it was a bit of software that everyone loved. Pi🦋ctoChat was an incredibly simple aspect of the DS in which you could talk to other DS players nearby by drawing nice pictures or writing in your message with the stylus.
That being said, you weren't a true DS player if you didn't try and color in the whole screen. PictoChat on Switch could even have better network capabilities and allow us to draw-chat with friends around the world. We promise not to be vulgar with it, Nintendo.
11 Nintendogs ꦯ 𒆙
The Cutest Digital Pals
168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Nintendogs was one of the most popular games to come out on the Nintendo DS. The game has you adopt up to three adorable puppies to take care of. Nintendogs goes off of your system's internal clock to determine when 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:it's time to walk and feed your puppies. The more time you spend taking care of them and t🐓raining them, the higher your chances of win𝔉ning obedience competitions will be.
Nintendogs took full advantage of the DS system's technology to let your dogs respond to voice commands and be petted using the system's touch screen. Just imagine how an improved version of this game could take advantage of phone and Switch hardware!
10 Lost 🅰In Blue
Lost in Blue was a cult favorite that didn't sell well upon its initial release but became quite popular, and several sequels ended up being released on DS and the Nintendo Wii. The game has multiple endings and follows the story of two teens washed up on a deserted island after becoming the victims of a shipwreck.

168澳洲幸运5开奖✱网: 10 Hard✃est Nintendo DS/3DS Games
Good thing the touchscreen is so durable. It needs to be to survive these games🌳.
The survival game used the touchscreen and microphone to help the player perform tasks such as starting a fire. We would love to see the difficult survival game remade to take advantage of the Switch's more advanced hardware.
9 ไ The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass 🔯
Bring The Sea Back To Me
168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass was a direct sequel to The Wind Waker. The game has Link traveling the seas with Tetra; soon enough, they encounter danger as Tetra is once again kidnapped. The crew sets out to rescue Tetra from the💝 ghost ship and must uncover the secrets of The Realm of the Ocean Kind to do 𒉰so.
Phantom Hourglass, along with The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks, both deserve a remake so that everybody can enjoy the unique atmospheres of these quirky Wind Waker sequels, hopefully increasing attention to these lesser-known (168澳洲幸运5开奖网:and pretty underrated) titles with a Switch port. We would love to see a dual pack release of these games with better grap🐬hics for the Switch, too.
8 🗹 ꦉ Super Princess Peach
168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Super Princess Peach is the only game that gives the princess her own sꦿtarring role until Princess Peach: Showtime! In this game, Bowser sets out to still the Vibe Septor, a powerful 𒁃tool that can control the emotions of others. In addition, Bowser has also captured the Mario Brothers along with tons of Toads forcing Princess Peach to take the fate of Vibe island and the Mushroom Kingdom into her own hands.
This platformer has Princess Peach using four emotions to fight her way through eight worlds. Seeing as this is one of the only games one of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:our favorite Mario heroines stars in, we can't help but want to see it update for Nintendo Switch.
7 Pokemon Diamo💜nd And Pearl
Platinum Can Come, Too
168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokemon Diamond and Pearl are two games that fans hig෴hly speculate are currently in development for the Nintendo Switch (and have been for years now). Diamond 🌳and Pearl are based in the Sinnoh region, where the fourth generation of Pokemon had their debut. The game had several unique features like The Underground, that let you make and share your very own hidden secret base.

The games, iꦜf they came to Switch, would allow players to catch a broad spectrum of older monsters and hopefully transfer them to Sword and Shield. Either way, these games are the next in line to have a remake after the release of Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby.
6 🐻 Dragon Quest 9: Se𓆏ntinels of the Starry Skies
Bring Back This Classic Entry!
168澳洲ღ幸运5开奖网:Dragon Quest 9: Sentinels of the Starry Skies is a game that has been stuck on the DS. The game starts off in a sky city where the Celestrians live. The mainౠ protagonist begins the game by helping his people grow the fruit that will allow them to ascend into the realm of the gods. Sadly they are attacked and plummet to t🌳he human world below where the main character loses his wings.
The game takes you on a qu𝓀est to help your people ascend and defeat the evil that has started to take over the land. Sure, the series i🌠s continuing with a new game in the works, but Dragon Quest 9 especially needs a port since many fans have yet to play this entry.
