In honor of the spooky season, Doug Bowser, Nintendo of America's President, recently shared his top three favorite hor༺ror games. Since Nintendo doesn't make a lot of scary video games, it shouldn’t come as🥃 a surprise that two of the three titles on his list are from non-Nintendo developers.

In no particular order, Bowser's three favorite horror games are – Dead Space, Left 𒈔4 Dead, and Luigi's Mansion 3. That last one isn't quite as scary as the other two, but it's definitely one of the scariest in the Nintendo catalog. Regardless, all three are solid picks, each one highly reviewed and regarded as some of the best in the genre.

The info came from Bowser's response to a GameStop tweet, asking its followers to list off their favorite horror titles. Most replies mentioned the Resident Evil and Silent Hill series, two of the most well-known in the category, but we're glad to see Bowser giving Luigi's Mansion the attention it deserves (even if it's not really a horror game).

One game on Bowser's list, Left 4 Dead, has seen something of a resurgence over the past few months, with its sequel getting a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:massive new update that brought us several new levels. With Valve still struggling to count to three, it's great to se🍌e the aging title chugging along and keeping its player base engaged.

As far as Dead Space and Luigi'൩s Mansion 3 are concerned, they've been 🗹noticeably quiet post-release. Luigi's Mansion 3 received a bit a DLC content shortly after launch, enhancing its multiplayer offering and giving folks a reason to come back to its slightly spooky world. Dead Space, however, has been radio silent for a while now, and we're not sure if we'll ever see a fourth entry in the series.

Nintendo's been having an incredible year so far, and Bowser must be pleased with how the company is performing. Animal Crossing: New Horizons broke all sorts of records, the Switch is 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:outselling both the PS4 and Xbox One, and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity ꧟is sure to be another hit when it releases in the next few weeks. Until then, Bowser will probably keep celebrating the spooky season by stepping into the 🌸shoes of Mario's greener brother and sneaking around haunted mansions.
