How To Get Emeril
Emeril isn't the most common resource in No Man's Sky, but it's common enough that you can collect a lot of it if that's your primary objective. You need to travel to certain locations in the Universe to find this useful material.
The Surface Of Green Star System Planets
Before you can collect Emeril, you'll have to travel to a Green Star System. However, you can't travel to this type of system without the Emeril Drive, so you need to craft one first.
You can purchase the blueprint for the drive from Iteration Hyperion on the Space 🐷Anomaly. You will have to pay 120 Nanite Clusters to purchase the blueprint, and then four Wiring Loom and 250 Cadmium to install it on your ship.
Now that you've crafted the Emeril Drive, you can travel to Green Star Systems, which is where you can find Emeril.
Travel to a planet in a Green Star System and land your spaceship. Search the surface of the planet for Emeril using your Analysis Visor, and once you've found it, use Terrain Manipulator to mine the Emeril.
Feed Fauna On Planets
Another method for collecting Emeril is feeding fauna on planets. Although this method is not likely to earn you a large collection of Emeril, and you can't get Emeril from every planet with this method, it's still one more way to collect Emeril during your travels.
