Skyrim's modding community is one of the biggest, most active (and creative) out there, with a good 60,000 mods for the game currently listed on the . The mod literally adds a very nude Geralt to ꦺyour game (as you might imagine, the Nexus Mods page in question is significantly NSFW, so search for it at you🅷r own risk), but in order for it to work you need to have a few prerequisite mods in place first.
First off, you'll need the by bchick3, which lets you take on the ol' White Wolf as your very own companion. Then you also need to install the not-very-𝔍subtly-titled adult mod, SOS: Schlongs of Skyrim.
Matthouss proudly states that they have made a unique body mesh for Naked Geralt that accurately reflects the scars, rippling muscles, and other relevant - ahem - details of Geralt's physique. They also kindly included some adjustments to his hair, beard, and eye🅠s for good measure.
Note that this m📖od is only available for Skyrim Special Edition at this point, though. If that's not the version you have, you do have a vanilla available to you, but no compatible version of the Nude Geralt mod. Not to worry, though, there is hardly a lack of comparably NSFW mods for Oldrim at your fingertips.
