How NPCs from Oblivion, an RPG from 2006, can have dynamic routines while Cyberpunk 2077's NPC mostly run around with no goal in mind is astonishing. There's no person out there who played Oblivion who didn't try to steal a loaf of bread, only to have guards chase you down 10 hours later in the middle of nowhere demanding you pay the court a fine or serve a sente𒆙nce. Meanwhile, in Cyberpunk 2077, NPCs are too afraid or incompetent to do anything about your criminal activities.
Of course, it'ಌs a bit reductive but fair game all the same, honestly. With a global pandemic going on, one of the last things people should be spending money on is video games. So if Cyberpunk 2077 happens to be something you picked up, and it doesn't work well, venting those frustrations through funny memes is valid. Plus, you know, we all need a laugh these days.
