How To Start The Defense Of Bruma Quest

The Countess will immediately leave for the Great Chapel of Talos, where Martin will be waiting for her. Now, you'll also have to go to the Great Chapel, and there, you'll have to let the Countess know that you're ready to begin the battle.

The Allies of Bruma optional quest runs alongside the Defense of Bruma, and if you ask the Countess to begin the ba🃏ttle, it will end the Allies of Bruma quest, even if you haven't asked any other cities or counties for help.

If you head over to each city and ask for help, an🦩d then return to the Countess to start the battle of Bruma, then those soldiers will show up on thꩲe battlefield and will help you fend off the Daedra forces. However, if you don't ask for help, Bruma Miltia will take their place on the battlefield, who are poor fighters and may not be much help during the great battle.

After you tell the Countess that you're ready to begin the battle, Martin will then march from the Chapel to the Oblivion Gate outside Bruma. He'll deliver a short speech before the Daedrജa 🅷starts to pour out from the lesser gates.

Head To The Great Gate

Here, you have to hold your ground until the Great Gate opens. The soldiers or the militia will fight alongside you and Martin. Make sure you don't waste many resources here, becauღse your real fight starts when the Great Gate opens.

As soon as the Great Gate opens, it will mark the completion of the Defense of Bruma quest and initiate the Gate quest. However, the defense is not technically complete yet, as you haven't retrieved the Great Sigil Stone, and Bruma is still under threat.

Once the Great Gate opens, your top priority is to head inside the gate and let Martin and the rest handle the Daedra. As soon as you enter the Great Oblivion Gate, you'll see the Oblivion Siege Engine crawling towards the great gate. You have approximately ten minutes to retrieve the G🌳reat Sigil Stone, otherwise, it will be game🦋 over.

Conquering The Great Gate

As you enter the Great Gate, there's a door leading to one of the towers in this Oblivion Plain. You can head inside and make your way to the top of this tower, and use the dﷺoor on the top floor to open a path l💝eading to another tower.

Be wary of the Siege Engine as you're walking on the narrow bridge leading to the other tower𒁃s, because it can knock you off 🍸the bridge, causing you to fall to the ground and die.

As you enter the second tower, look for another door on the same floor. Use that door to make your way to the third tower. Now, once you're inside the third tower, you have to go downstairs and use the door there to come out in the ope﷽n. You'll ღsee the Siege Engine crawling on your right as you progress ahead.

There's a gap in the bridge. Jump over it and fight against the Daedra. At the end of the road, you'll find that the path to the Sigil Stone tower is blocked by a locked gate, which is in front of another tower.

Head inside the World Breaker Guard tower, and you'll find the switch to open the gate on the top floor. Once you've done that, come down again and head straight to the Sigil Tower.

Throughout your journey through this Oblivꦿion Plain, the game will periodically show you how much time you've left till the Siege Engine finally makes💯 it out of the Great Gate in the top-right corner of the screen.

After you enter the Sigil Tower, you'll find the Sigil Keeper Daedra on the first floor, which you'll have to fight agai♓nst to get the Sigil Key. After ꧅that, keep making your way up until you end up in the Great Sigil Stone's chamber.

You don't have to defeat all the enemies here; your top priority is to get the Great Sigil Stone, and once you retrieve that, all other Daedra will automatically vanish. After you've taken the Great Sigil Stone, the Great Gate will close, and you'll 🎀appear outside it.

Martin will celebrate the victory and ask you to come to the Cloud Ruler Temple's Great Hall, so he can open the portal to Camoran's Paradise.
