We know Obsidian is already hard at work on Avowed, an upcom🐭ing adventure survival game that looks a lot like Skyrim. But now it turns out that the Grounded, Outer Worlds, and Fallout: New Ve🃏gas developer is working on an entirely new game that we know almost nothing about.
On the official Obsidian website (and first spotted by ) is a job ad for "." The job seems pretty all-encompassing, ✤with their hand in pretty much all aspects of the game. Applicants are encouraged to have experience in "3ds Max, Maya, or Houdini," game engines such as Frostbite or Unity, and also have four years of experience with at least two shipped titles.
And buried in the opening paragraph are the keywords: "unannounced project." W♕hoever lands the job will work on something that the rest of us won't get to see for some time.
The rest of the ad reveal🔯s precious little details. The game will be open world, made in Unreal 4 Engine, and be on PC and consoles. If we click on the "Associate Environment Artist" ad at the bottom, it reveals that the job will be for Obsidian's "next worl♚d-class RPG," so it might be an RPG, too.
We know from a tweet last year that Pillars of Eternity directoཧr Josh Sawyer is working on a new game, so it's entirely possible that we could be looking at the first steps towards Pillars of Eternity 3. Or given the game's success, The Outer Worlds could be getting a sequel, or maybe now that Bethesda is under the same Microsoft umbrella as Obsidian, we're seeing the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:first signs of Fallout: New Vegas 2.
Obsidian has a pretty impressive track record, with their latest game hitting 5 million units moved in its first six mo🅷nths in early access. Whatever Obsidian is making will have a solid team behind it, so all you qualified applicants should probably reply t🦋o this Technical Ar🌟tist ad.
