Agnea's gone and shipped herself off to New Delsta, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Octopath Traveler 2's hippest and most happening locale and resident New York City stand-in. The sights will bedazzle her, but will she bedazzle the citizenry in turn? Her dream of stardom takes an interesting couple of steps in this second chapter.
Lo and behold, Agnea is singularly overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle from the jump - wagons are a heck of a contraption to folks from Cropdale. Right, then - let's help the dancer get her bearings, shall we?
Town Phase: New Delsta
If this is your first time seeing the sights, hang around a while, getting some items from folks and learning more about the city. When you're ready to move forward with the story, go north toward the theater. Try to mosey on in when you regain control of Agnea, who then learns the meaning of the word "ticket." Rest in peace. We'll also see a man treated poorly by the theater owner, La'mani.
Agnea is bound and determined, of course. Switch to nighttime if you've not yet done so. At night, a woman standing outside the tavern will give up her ticket if you use 'Entreat' on her. Perfect. Head back to the theater, hand the guard your not-so-hard-earned prize, and enjoy 🐟the🌠 performance, brought to you by the famous Dolcinaea herself.
After the show, we're more formally introduced to that guy from earlier, whose name is Gil. His house is in the 'Backstreets' section of New Delsta, where the music fades a fair bit while you're wandering around. Agnea gets to know the state of things for Gil and his crew. Time to lasso up some folks.
'Handyman' inside Gil's pub has a Slippery Nut you can have via 'Entreat'. Or 'Steal', we suppose. Though that's just rude.
Head downstairs, and switch to daytime. The first fellow to 'Allure' is standing right there. Once you've deposited the fellow at Gil's, go back down the stairs, down further stairs to the other screen to the south, and follow that path until you find the woman to 'Allure'. Escort her to Gil's, go back to where she'd been standing, and move on to the very next building to 'Allure' the merchant.
The show's a riveting success, and some days are implied to pass. During this span of time, word catches on that Gil's is the place to be, so in barges La'mani, who demands this be put to an end. Agnea helps the old folk, heads to the bar, and discovers La'mani's wrath. Well, our girl's not standing for this.
Dungeon Phase: Theater - Backstage
The first room of the theater has no enemies, but entry's forbidden beyond there. The Backstage, thus, qualifies as something of a 'dungeon', with guards and the like for random encounters.
First, go around the staircase for Refreshing Jam. There's nothing in the room to the left of the stairs - if you don't believe us, see for yourself! Climb the staircase ahead; you'll find a Lightning Amulet in the room to the left. Go right to move to the next screen. Here, you'll come upon the passageway and witness a scene.
Go down the stairs on your right. The next room has a Simple Costume. This is pretty good garb for this point in the game, provided you haven't outleveled the zone and/or saved up for pricey fabrics in later towns. Down more stairs you go, and the room at the bottom has a Falcon Knife. Also fair. Don't miss the Healing Grape (M) up the ladder above the save point.
Boss Phase: La'mani
This game's boss sprites are on another level. Anyway, La'mani is weak to Fire, Knives, and Polearms. We didn't have much trouble with this fellow, to be frank. Bring a dedicated healer, or force somebody into the role with Healing Grapes (ideally Healing Grape Bunches) if necessary. His attacks are nothing to write home about, and he doesn't do much to ever increase his shield count to prevent you from breaking him time and again.
Once the fight's behind you, watch as Dolcinaea totally owns La'mani, who whimpers like the dog he is. The parting scenes for this chapter are plentiful, capping off the overarching melancholy. Choose whichever you like for the question regarding music lyrics. Note, however, that this will affect the song Agnea creates toward the end of her story!
Simply choose whichever speaks to you most poignantly, or whichever you feel reflects the events of this chapter the most. We picked 'the courage to rise again', ourselves. There's no wrong answer, and you'll be tasked with helping Agnea select lyrics two more times in future plot points.
Watch the 'post-credits' scene, if you will, with Dolcinaea revealing her true colors. She did seem a tad conceited, no? With that, you've completed the second of Agnea's five chapters!
