After the scene, Throné deduces that she needs to acquire a 'horse' - which is code for something that signifies that the holder is looking for shady dealings.
The previous customer was told to wait at the tavern, so that's as good a place as any to start your search. The tavern is up on the hill behind the Saddlery.
Inside the tavern, Steal the Horse Coin from the man with the green speech bubble over his head. With that, head back to the Saddlery and talk to the man behind the counter. During this scene, you will be directed toward the Foundry, which is the area to the north of Oresrush's main area.
When you enter this area, the young child who has been trailing you will make another appearance, and Throné reveals that she's known all along. After this scene, head into the alleyway to the left and, after the short scene, Steal the Mask from the Masked Boy.
With that done, head to the Foundry, which is to the back of this area. Talk to the Lookout to begin the next sequence.
When you are ready, talk to The Slaver and choose to sit at death's table. Watch the scene play out, and when you are prompted to choose the Right or the Left cup, choose the Right.
If you choose the Left cup, Throné will die, and you'll get an automatic Game Over. The bloodstained 🐬button should have given you the hint, huh?
