However, it seems collectors are in for a great time, as One Piece is teasing a collaboration with Lego. The building block toy company has tied up with almost every IP imaginable, and it seems its eyes are now set on the anime world. However, what might surprise so🗹me fans is that the collaboration is with the 🦩One Piece live action show for some reason.

One Piece Is Getting Lego Sets

This collaboration w𝓀a♏s teased via a short clip on the One Piece Netflix Twitter handle that shows Luffy outstretched arm picking up his iconic straw hat. However, where fans expected the traditional One Piece logo was the Netflix version, causing a bit of confusion. While a bit puzzled, fans of One Piece were undoubtedly excited.

No other information on this collaboration has been revealed, but we ca♐n expect the entire Straw Hats crew, the Going Merry, the Thousand Sunny, and a number of other pirate ships from the anime and manga. However, potentially the coolest thing about these sets is seeing how Lego incorporates Luffy's stretchy powers. We already got a sneak peek in the teaser, but surely we'll see more once the sets are revealed.𝓰

As 𓄧for why Lego has collaborated with the live action version and not the anime directly, it could be speculated that it was done this way to avoid licensing complexities. However, given that the live action version was quite faithful to the source material, the sets will most likely feel like they were inspired by the an💙ime or manga themselves.
