The Four Emperors are the pirates who are regarded as the most notorious and powerful, usually with a huge number of pirates flying🏅 their flag and sections of♍ the world they have marked as their territory. Even among the top-ranked pirates, rankings still apply, so just who is the best of the best? Read below to find out, and watch out for spoilers.
7 🍌 Charlotte ౠLinlin - Big Mom
Too Strong For Her Own Good
Big Mom is absolutely terrifying. She's basically invincible, has tremendous strength, and can control souls. Her crew, the Big Mom Pirates, are so numerous that calling them an armada is probably more accurate. Featuring a huge number of Devil Fruit users, powerful fighters, and a seemingly endless wave of soul-infused objects called Homies, they're a force to be reckoned with.
The weakness is their greatest strength, Big Mom herself. The entire crew revolves around her since she's the mother of the majority of the top officers, and her strength in combat is their central force. One of her sons, Perospero, notes that if she were to fall the rest of the crew would likely crumble.
6 Kaido
Looking To Lose
Kaido is generally considered to be one of the strongest creatures to ever exist, unbelievably strong even before he ate a Devi꧂l Fruit that let him transform into a literal dragon. Along with his crew, the Beasts Pirates, he's a feared figure who has defeated Warlords like Gecko Moria. He's so powerful that even someone like Doflamingo is terrified of him, which is saying something.
There's no overstating just how powerful Kaido is, but his downfall is brought about by that very fact. He's almost never been challenged in his entire life and is constantly looking for the thrill of a fight worth having. He's so indestructible that suicide attempts are a casual hobby, and in fights he almost never dodges the attacks of his enemies.
Kaido believes that the battlefield is the only place to prove your worth, and true glory is found at the moment of a good death. He takes a straightforward approach to his problems and doesn't battle strategically. His monstrous strength and the arrogance it brings is probably the only thing that stopped him from becoming King of the Pirates years ago.
5 ꧟ Whitebeard
The Strongest Man In The World
Edward Newgate is difficult to rank among the other Yonko, because we only really see him at the tail end of his life and career. In his prime, he was a rival to Gol D. Roger himself, a living legend capable of incredible feats. When we see him active the most, at the battle of Marineford, he's elderly, unwell, and on life support.

168澳洲幸运5开奖网൲: 8 One Piece Characters Who🤡 Deserve A Game
From R🥀obin to Ace, One Piece has a wide array of characters that deserve their own video game.
Taking that into consideration, Whitebeard still manages to live up to his reputation. Even after unexpected wounds caused by treachery, he's a monster on the battlefield. His Devil Fruit lets him cause tremors, which he uses to great effect. He's so unfathomably strong that he's able to extinguish molten rock with just his breath. Ultimately he does perish in that same battle, but the manner of his death only adds to his legend.
He sustained a ridiculous series of injuries. 267 sword wounds, 152 gunshot wounds, and 46 wounds from cannon baꦿlls. He was also shot by laser beams, hit with blasts of magma, and had a portion of his head blown off. And yet, even after all of that, he died standing on his feet. To stand against Admirals and Warlords with such an impressive showꩲing at the end of his life, Whitebeard deserves his legendary status.
4 Bl𝕴ackbeard
Two Devil Fruits And A Lot Of Mystery
Marshall D. Teach is most known among One Piece fans for one thing. Well, two things actually, his Devil Fruits. It shouldn't be possible for one person to have multiple Devil Fruit powers at once and yet somehow Blackbeard has managed it. He has his original power over darkness, and then one he somehow managed to take from Whitebeard as he died. This makes Blackbeard an order of magnitude stronger than he has any right to be, but that isn't what makes him special.
The thing that really sets Blackbeard apart from other pirates is his intelligence and ability for long-term planning. He was always looking for the Yami Yami no Mi Devil Fruit, biding his time until he found it. He betrayed the Whitebeard ꦯPirates to captur💮e Ace and deliver him to the World Government, securing himself a spot as a Warlord. Even that was only a step in his plan to gain access to Impel Down and break out the most dangerous criminals to form his crew.
Combine all of that with whatever his plan was to somehow have more than one Devil Fruit power, and you start to see why Blackbeard is so impressive. He's no slouch in a fight, but it's his cunning and deviousness that deserves more attention. In manga and anime, brawn often wins in the end, but a clever villain is far more memorable than a strong one.
3 Red-Haired Shꦏanks 𒆙
Our Heroes' Hero
Shanks isn't a character we've seen in action much, but what we know about him is more than enough to rate him highly. Before losing his left arm he was a rival of Dracule Mihawk in swordsmanship, marking him as one of the greatest to ever wield a blade. Even after the loss of his arm, which is thought by many to have been his dominant one, he's still able to keep up with the likes of Whitebeard.
He's been shown to have a leap that covers miles, and just his arrival at Marineford was enough to convince everyone it was time to stop the fighting and just go home. That's a mark of true strength, when your presence alone convinces some of the world's heavyweights that maybe they don't want to fight after all.
2 🉐 Buggy The Clown ꦐ
No, This Isn't A Joke
Buggy the Clown isn't the strongest Yonko. In fact, he's definitely the weakest one. Strength isn't the only thing that matters when it comes to ruling the seas though, influence and reputation can often play a larger part. If we think of it that way, Buggy might just be one of the greatest pirates ever.

One Piece Arcs That Would 🌞Make𒐪 The Best Games
These Oneও Piece story arc💧s would make great stand alone games.
He was a member of the crew of Gol D. Roger, King of the Pirates. A Warlord of the Sea. An Emperor with former Warlords, Dracule Mihawk and Croco🧔dile, working under him. Lead🍨er of the Cross Guild. Mastermind of the Impel Down breakout who crashed into the Summit War in the flashiest way possible. All of these things are what the majority of the world either knows or believes to be true.
It doesn't matter that Buggy isn't a strong fighter, or that he lucked into much of his success as a pirate. All that matters is he's a legend, one whose legend keeps growing. Tales of his exploits will keep spreading and growing, marking him as one of the greatest Emperors of all time. Even if it is just a little exaggerated.
1 ꦇ Monkey D. Luffy 🦄
Sound The Drums Of Liberation!
Monkey D. Luffy ticks all the boxes for a great Yonko. His primary crew are all leagues above most pirates, and after the events of Dressrosa, he has a fleet full of capable fighters. He even has nations allied to him throughout the world, even if most of them haven't declared it openly yet.
Luffy has defeated powerful pirates, Warlords of the Sea, renowned Marines, and even other Emperors. He's feared by the highest officials in the World Government, which he casually declared war on by the way, and even recruited a former Warlord into his crew.
He's done all of this in just a few short years too, which includes a two-year break! His trajectory to the top has been at a breakneck pace with no signs of slowing down as he rockets towards the conclusion of this decades-long saga.
