From the right platform, jump up onto the top of the mushroom tree (it almost looks like a piece of the background, but you can stand on it). Hop to the bluish mushrooms to the left to find a small caver🌃n just inside the rocks here.

From the Ancestral Tree, test out your new wall jump ability by wall jumping up the rocks to the right.

After opening the energy door using four Energy Cells, defeat the enemies just inside. After getting the diving enemy to break the cracked section of floor, jump over the gap and push the rock down into the hole. Jump in and land behind the rock, pushing it forward to shield yourself from the laser. Then, use it as a platform to reach the Cell j▨ust above.

After the water is restored, swim through this narrow corridor to the Energy Cell i♔n the air pocket all the way to the left.

Use the platforms to get across the water down in this area (you’re not able to swim yet). Jump off when you get to the left side of the pond, then run down the hallway to collect the Energy Cell f𝄹urther꧂ toward the end.

After restoring the wind, hop into the wind stream and ride up along the wall to the left. It looks like a solid wall on the overworld map, but you’ll notice a corridor beyond what looks like a wall. Run along the corridor and take care of the enemies to find the Lif♑e Cell at the end.

From the Energy Gate, wall jump onto the spiderwebs hanging in the middle and use them to reach the platform to the top right of this area. Carefully wall jump through the spikes to lower yourself down, then🌼 jump across into the small aꦫrea with the Life Cell.

Once you’re able to bash, hop out to one of the poles over the water and bash off the spider to carefully grab the wall just above it to the left, being careful of the prickers along the rocks here. Wall jump across to what looks like a dead end on the overworld map to find a secret corridor that leads to the Life Cell.

After you’ve taken care of the water and are able to stomp, head back to where you grabbed the Life Cell we’ve listed as the second Life Cell in this area. Hop to the tall centermost pole sticking from the water and stomp it a few times to open a passageway underwater. Dive into the water and go through the doorway you opened. Be careful of the enemies and lasers here, and stomp the pillar on the platform to the right. Continue downward, taking care of the enemies as you go to make it safe to stomp the pillar on the next platform as well. This blocks the laser so that you can run across the bottom safely and grab the Life Cell.

Once you’re able to bash, use the enemies and their projectiles to bash your way over the lava. Land on the fallen tree trunk, being mindful of the enemy here as you go right down the trunk into a small cave with the Energy Cell.

With your charge jump, hop across the poles sticking from the water and use the one into the middle to jump into the vertical passageway above you. Grab the wall and wall jump up the corridor. Grab the small chunk of rocks on the ceiling to the left, and charge jump across the spikes. Be careful of the enemy when you land, and then follow this corridor to the right.

Carefully jump over the spikes and head toward what looks like a dead-end on the overworld map. It’s a passageway that leads to the Energy Cell.

Starting from the waterfall beneath the Life Cell, use your bash to get up to the platforms to the right, then bash your way over to the platform to the left behind the stream of water to grab the Life Cell.

Beginning from the log over the water in the bottom right of this open area, use the updraft in the middle to float up and to the left. Land on the broken tree 💫trunk here to grab the Energy Cell🐓.

With the double jump ability, lower your way toward the water at the bottom. Use your wall jump to hug the right wall by the bottom so that you can angle yourself to double jump to the hanging wooden platforms. Wall jump to hold onto them a bit and guide your way down so that you can double jump again to wall jump onto the left wall. Handle the enemies and wall jump over the spikes along the way, and the Life Cell is on a platform at the top, to the right.

This Life Cell requires the bash ability to be able to jump over the spikes onto the higher platform without being hurt. Keep heading right once you land, then use an enemy projectile to launch your way up to the platform above the spider.

From the Map Stone at the bottom of this area with the bash ability, head to the right and wall jump until you can jump to the hanging platform. Get to the top of it and jump across this area toward the left, using the tops of hanging platforms to cross. Head left once you land on the left, keep going and drop into the area below. Jump across the water here and then use a projectile to launch up the waterfall, wall jumping to the top to grab the Life Cell.

Use the enemy projectiles to ascend through this area without touching the spikes. Get up and over this platform and drop down to the left. Go through this portal to grab the Energy Cell.

Dive into the water at the top of this underwater corridor and carefully swim through the crushing stones on your way toward the bottom. Resurface and jump over the spikes, where you’ll find a lever. Jump back into the water from there to continue forward, take care of the enemies within, and resurface on the platform to the left to grab the Energy Cell.

Hop across the floating rocks, using them as a shield against the enemy’s fire, then use the hanging lantern to jump to the right over the spikes. Drop down this lower corridor, being careful of the fire. When you land, the bottom looks like a dead end, but the left wall down here is fake. Go🅘 through it to reveal the Life Cell.

From the pillar you moved with the lever in the snaking section of passageways to the left in the overworld map above, a boulder will fall from the ceiling and chase you down this decline. Quickly wall jump over the pillar in your way, as the boulder will not be stopped. Keep running quickly through this bottom section and wall jump up the right wall to find a pillar to bash. Bash the pillar to open the next area, and Life Cell is unmissable as you mov♊e onto Moon Grotto.

Charge jump your way up through the broken section of rock that leads to a small vertical cavern as seen above on the map. Handle the enemy here and go left for the Life Cell.

Use the updraft here to float upwards through the spikes. Mind the lava shots and grab the Keystones along the way. Across from the door at the top, it appears to be a solid wall to the left. Go toward it to find a secret cavern that contains the Energy Cell.

Beginning from the small platform underneath the Energy Cell on your map, it looks as though the ceiling is solid. Jump directly upward from the small platform to go through a secret passage in the ceiling. Wall jump to make it past the spikes a🧜nd grab the last Energy ꦏCell.
