A Pokémon Snap sequel is com💛ing to Nintendo Switch and even though the original was fantastic, its next chapter needs to🌌 do better.

Pokémon held a Pokémon Presents event on YouTube this week during which it made a lot of announcements in a very short amount of time. Those announcements included Mega Evolutions coming to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokémon GO, a new game called Pokémon Café Mix coming to mobile and Switch, and a game that revolves around encouraging ♈kids to brush their teeth.

However, the most exciting announcement of all was the reveal that Nintendo is working on a brand new 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokémon Snap for Switch. It has been so long since the release of the original Pokémon Snap on 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Nintendo 64 (21 years!) that fans of it had given up hope of there ever being a sequel. We're getting one, though, an🦩d judging by the little we've been shown so far, it looks pret🐻ty darn beautiful.

Snap was a great game, hence the two decades of clamoring for a sequel. However, w🏅e always ♉had one issue with it — the game was frustratingly short. It could be completed in one evening for trainers who set their minds to it. That's due to the fact that even though there were only 151 Pokémon at the time of its release, Nintendo decided to include less than half of them

There were only 63 Pokémon to take photos of in total. Which begs the question, with so many more out there in the wild today, how many will be included in the sequel? While we would bet a lot of money on it being more than 63 (there may have been more than that in the trailer alone) there's reason to believe we won't be tracking down all 900+ Pokémon with our trusty camera. Especially after 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Game Freak trimmed down the 'Dex for 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Sword and Shield.

Since the Pokémon in Snap won't need move sets or animations beyond whatever they do as players ride past, maybe there is a chance that every single monster so far will make an appearance. Perhaps we'll even get to see a few new ones. There are Pokémon from various generations in the trailer, which gives us hope. Even if it's via updates or DLC, a game that allows us to snap a photo of every single Pokémon would be the sequel Snap fans deserve after all tꦿhese years and make up for the ꧙measly 63 we got in 1999.
