While Akali  and Ahri are getting their millionth skin in the past year or so, some champions simply never see such love – but that's about to change. Riot announced a total of 120 skins in store for 2020 in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:League of Legends, more than any previous year, and Ornn and Taliyah will be getting some love. Ornn currently only has the Thunder Lord available, while Taliyah has her Freljord skin. If you're lucky, you may own the SSG Taliyah skin that is part of𝐆 the Legacy Vault now.

"With League nearing 150 champs now, it's getting more and more difficult to make skins for all of our champions. On top of that, we often prioritize popular champions, larger audiences. We do this because our goal is to delight as many players as we can and support our business through the next ten years of League," explains Jonathan Belliss, known as Bellissimoh, a producer at Riot. "Reasons aside though, it sucks to have to wait years for a skin for your favorite champion. In 2018, we shipped just over 80 skins to players. In 2019, we broke the 100 mark. This year, we're trying to push🍨 past 120 skins," he added.

Other champs that have not seen a refreshed look in a long time and will be getting their turn in 2020 are Skarner, Xerath, Mordekaiser, Kindred, Rek'Sai, Vel'Koz, Kartus, Sion, Twitch, Taric, Pantheon, Nautilus, Trundle, and Bard. Still, Riot will also be making skins for some of its most popular champions as well, like Lux, Ezreal, Ahri, and Kai'Sa. The reasoning behind that, he explains, is that the popular champs have their skins reach huge number of players who are willing to purchase it. This, in turn, gives the company the necessary funds to create skins for less popular champs like Ornn– and its looking to shorten the wait time between skins for less meta champs to months instead of years. This now means Ornn is getting an Elderwood-themed skin, and Mordekaiser is shown with a Void-inspired look that does look pretty cool.

New stuff this year also includes thematics. Some of the lines have seen more success than the others as the number of Star Guardian and Project skins grows. And while players f♛rom the eastern regions really liked the Chinese New Year-related skins, Riot is hoping to expand that excitement throughout the playerbase with a Mecha Kingdoms line that will include Garen, Leona, Draven, Sett, and ♓Jax (who won't be fighting with a lantern anymore).

Other news includes Eternals that had their release delayed so Riot could address player concerns (of which they received plenty), so a new starter series of the concept will be permanently available for both Blue Essence or RP. Eternals will be released "early this year," Bellissimoh says. He also hints at new types of content they're experimenting with and says that people should "expect to... hear something from us later this year. We can't wait to... announce them." 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:New announcer packs? Could be. In the meantime, look for the skins at the in-🦹🍬game store.
