168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Overwatch 2's battle pass 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:hasn't gone down very well at all. For the first time ever, new heroes won't be added to everyone's roster for free, and will instead be 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:unဣlocked thro🍌ugh battle pass progression - which is significantly easier if you upgrade to the premium pass. And now, we have a good idea of how long it will take to unlock new heroes if you're playing for free.
A player o🅠ver on the Overwatch subreddit has shared that they unlocked Kimiko after a staggering 49 hours of playing. Other calculations predict that this could take others even longer, perhaps even as much as around 77 hours across two weeks to unl🍌ock the new healer. This comes as Blizzard was particularly vague over how long Kiriko would take to earn, simply sharing that she would take two weeks of "dedicated" play to unlock.
"They need to not put future characters behind a battle pass, took me just under 50 hours to unlock her," says Reddit user , alongside a screenshot of their 49-hour playtime. This equals out to playing around 4.5 hours eveꦅry day since launch, or 31 hours a week.
This lengthy feat will have to be pulled off by any new Overwatch players hoping to earn Kiriko before the battle pass expires in December. On the free battle pass, the support character is unlocked at level 55, whereas she's a level one drop for anyone who bought the premium pass, giving those players a clear advantage.
This time of 49 hours lines up with what many had predicted, but is actually surpassed by some calculations. User TheKephas put Blizzard's claim that Kiriko could be unlocked with two weeks of "dedicated" play to the test, and found that this would equal out to around 39 hours of playing her week - so around 5.5 hours a day. If kept up for two weeks, TheKephas predicts that would be enough to unlock Kiriko in Blizzard's timeframe, so you'd essentially have to make Overwatch your full-time job for that to be true.
Of course, in reality, fans have a few more weeks to unlock the support. But if you still don't have her towards the end of the season, you'll likely be pulling some all-nighters.
