Hammond was the 28th Overwatch character released and is a former resident of both the Horizon Lunar Colony and Junkertown. Hammond, originally an innocent hamster living in the L𒊎unar colony, was treated with genetic therapies, and eventually he, like Winston before him, developed some highly unnatural skills.
In Hammond's case, these skills were specifically mechanical, a𒁏nd when he escaped the Lunar Colony's destruction, he put those skills to use by becoming the champion of the Junkyard, crashlanding in outback A🍌ustralia, and fighting his way to the top. This subtle wooꦺden skin dresses Hammond's mech in a softwood-styled design, highlighted in brilliantly clashing violet and mahogany.
An Epic level skin, you can pick up Wooden Ball for only 250 gold. It can also be paired with several other 'woo♐den' themed skins, such as Bastion or Zenyatta, however, its simplicity leaves a lot to be desired.
8 Lucio Ball ♔
Summer's here as Hammond gets ready to play Lucio Ball! This skin was released as part of the 2019 Summer Games series and has some really cute details. Hammond's ball is padꦑded out to resemble a Lucio Ball, and even has an🎀 added watercooler gun.
As this is part of the Summer Games releases you will have to wait till the Summer season to purchase this locked skin, and it will set you back 1,000 gold.
7 Paper Cutti🐬ng 🔥
A new addition to the list of brilliant Hammond skins is the Lunar New Year skin, Paper Cutting. This incredibly de🍨tailed Chinese-styled skin not only reproduces the beꦇautiful paper arts of Asia, but it also transforms our favorite hamster into 24-carat gold!
Paper Cutting was added during the Lunar New Year 2020 season and was part of the weekly season challenges, so it is unknown as to whetꦬher it will ever be made ava🌱ilable for purchase again.
6 Junker
One o✅f several skins which refer🧸 to Hammond's in-game lore, Junker references when Hammond became the Junkyard champion, earning his name — Wrecking Ball. This skin is exploding with details, from the distressed copper parts to the rusting mismatched headlights.
Hammond himself sports his 'Wrecking Ball' eye-patch and mohawk, as well as a flashy sleeveless leather jacket. This is truly a wonderfully designed skin, well worth its title as a Legendary skin. It will cost you 1,000 gold.
5 Mayham
If you loved Junker but wanted something just a bit more on the flashy side, why not pick Mayham? This colorful 🙈skin is a double of Junker, this time painting Hammond in bright fuchsia and teal. Mayham is extremely bright and should be considered if you are trying to go for a more garish look, wꦜhich can be fun.
Junker is a Legendary level skin (just the same as Junker), and will therefore cost you 1,000 gold.
4 Biohazard
Believe it or not, but this amazing skin is actually one of the cheapest on this list! Costing only 250 gold Biohazard sees Hammond as, well, a biohazard, painting his fur a brillianꦯt🐲, toxic green.
This could easily be a lackluster skin of plain yellow and green but it's the little touches that really push it into brilliance. A light gradient on the yellow gives depth to Hammon🔥d's ball, with signs of wear and tear dotted across the body. The luminescent green, paired with Hammond's bright fur, gives this whole look that famous toxic glow, making it an easy choice, especially 📖for the price!

It's time to deep dive with Hammond's own Submarine skin! One of the newest skins for Wrecking Ball, Submarine was released as part of the 2020 Anniversary season and cost 3,000 gold on debut. Hopefully, come next year's anniversary, this skin will drop in price to a more🧸 affordable 1,000.
