Reliably finding Electronics can be quite difficult, especially if you haven’t reached the Mid Zone or further yet. This is because Electronics are not scattered about the world and will not generate as interactable items while exploring Junctions and Interstates.
Instead, Electronics must be harvested from other devices that you find such as televisions and radios. These consumer electronic devices can be found most often at ARDA Facilities like ARDA Trailers and ARDA Towers.
To obtain Electronics from these devices, simply use your Scrapper or Impact Hammer to disassemble them for their parts.
Devices that drop Electronics tend to only drop a single stack of Electronics.
Other Places To Harvest Electronics
You can also harvest Electronics from several of the anomalies found in the Junctions. The smaller anomalies like the bunnies - the Broken Bunny and Dust Bunny - or the hares - the Hopped-Up Hare and the Happy Hare - can all be scrapped using tℱhe Scrapper orꦬ Impact Hammer. These anomalies all yield Electronics.

Circuit Boards are the mid-game version of Electronics. In order to get the blueprint for these from the Fabristation, you must first unlock Steel Sheet, Bulb, and Gear in the Refining section.
