Similar to Stardew Valley, Palia offers several sets of bundles for players to complete, where you'll be gathering a variety of fish, bugs, food dishes and items and turning them in for rewards. The items you'll need will range from very easy to obtain to very rare, and you'll need to go all over Kilima Valley and Bahari Bay to find everything.
In this guide, we'll tell you how to unlock the Vault of Waves and how to locate each item in every bundle so that you can obtain their rewards and unlock the Ancient Fish.
How To Unlock The Vault Of Waves
To unlock the Vault, you must complete several main story quests, particularly Echoes of the Unknown and Vault of the Waves. This quest is given to you by Jina after you complete Like A Bird and obtain the glider needed to traverse the area.
After these quests are complete, you'll gain access to the Vault of Waves and unlock the four bundles. The bundles will need to be turned in at the Night Sky Temple, which is located northeast of the Family Farm, and unlocked in the prior quests as well.
Completing the bundles will give you several different rewards, release the Ancient Fish into your world, and make it available to catch at Fisherman's Lagoon with a Glow Worm at any time of day.
How To Complete The Spooky Bundle
The Spooky Bundle requires four different 'scary' bugs and fish: the Garden Mantis, Vampire Crab, Mutated Angler, and the Void Ray.
The Mantis is found within Kilima Valley, and the crab, angler, and ray are all found in Bahari Bay.
Completing this bundle will reward you with 100 Gold and a variety of fishing equipment and items:
- Ten Tuning Forks
- Major Hook Time Booster
- Minor Rod Health Booster
- Major Rod Recovery Booster
- Major Safe Zone Speed Booster
- Major Safe Zone Size Booster

Fished up rarely in Pavel Mines in Bahari Bay when using a Glow Worm at any time of day. Glow Worms can be obtained with a Glow Worm Farm, whose recipe is purchased from Einar upon reaching Fishing level seven. |
How To Complete The Beach Bundle
The Beach Bundle requires four items related to the beach and ocean: a Green Pearl, a Stripeshell Snail, a Blue Marlin, and one Sushi dish.
All four of these items can be found within Bahari Bay, but the Sushi recipe can also be fished up in Kilima Valley.
Completing this bundle will reward you with 30 Worms and 30 Glow Worms.

Cooked at a Stove with one Fish and one Rice. The recipe is fished up from ponds in Kilima Valley or Baha�൩�ri Bay. You can find it in ponds such as the pond west of the Family Farm, Mirror Pond Ruins, the pond east of Hodari's house, and the pond at Hideaway Bluff in Bahari Bay. |
How To Complete The Freshwater Bundle
The Freshwater Bundle asks you for a bug, food dish, consumable, and a fish that can all be found in, around, or relate to freshwater: an Inky Dragonfly, a star quality Trout Dinner, five HydratePro Fertilizer, and a Giant Goldfish.
All of these can be found at Bahari Bay except for the HydratePro Fertilizer, and the Giant Goldfish can also be found in Kilima Valley.
Completing this bundle will reward you with one Bouillabaisse and the recipe for Bouillabaisse.

How To Complete The Magic Bundle
The Magic Bundle asks for a variety of items that are associated with magic or with the magic native to Palia, Flow: a Fisherman's Brew, an Enchanted Pupfish, a Shimmerfin, and a Long Nosed Unicorn Fish.
The Pupfish and the Shimmerfin are found in Kilima Valley, and the Unicorn Fish is native to Bahari Bay.
Completing this bundle will reward you with one Honey Lure.
