Medical Supplies

Weakened

There could be any number of reasons your Pal has the Weakened status. But if they do, feed them a (green syringe), and they'll feel strong once again.

High Quality Medical Supplies

Depressed

If you let your Pal's sanity dip too low for too long, they could easily get Depressed. Whether or not Palworld has Pal Therapists, to help cure your Pal of their depression you'll just need High Quality Medical Supplies.

High Quality Medical Supplies

Overfull

Another way Pals sometimes deal with stress is by overeating. When they do, they have the chance to get Overfull, and then they're too stuffed to do any work. Just give them some Low Grade Medical Supplies and they'll be fine.

Low Grade Medical Supplies

Starving

No matter how many feed boxes you have, or how full they are, at some point a Pal is going to get stuck in some random place and will be unable to make it to the feed box. As a result, they'll start to get hungry and if you don't free them in time, they'll begin starving.

Feed Them (Directly or from Feed Box)

Incapacitated

If your Pal has become Incapacitated, which usually happens as a result of a base raid, the only thing you can do for them is to put them back into the Palbox until they are fully healed.
