Palworld has proven without a doubt that people are not tired of the monster-taming genre as a whole; they're just sick of the same formula being used. With record-breaking numbers, Palworld has burst onto the scene and captured many players' attention.

Just like in many monster-taming games, Palworld has a type chart that interacts with each other to create a balanced landscape. While definitely not as expansive or confusing as the juggernaut of the genre Pokemon, this element chart is best k♑ept in mind when building your team. Here are all elements in Palworld, ranked.

Unlike Pokemon, each element ꦰ(barring Fire and Neutral) is strong against one element and weak against another. This means the Pals of each element are more important in ranking the elements thems𝄹elves.

9 Neutral

It Appears That Neutral Is, Well, Boring...

Neutral is the base for what's to come. The first handful of Pals you're going to be meeting are almost all Neutral. This element is, unfortunately, the weakest, as it is weak against Dark but has no advantages against other types.

Sure, there are some absolutely great Neutral Pals, but they're the exception, as opposed to the rule. New players should especially be careful of Neutral's weakness against Dark, as many Dark Pals appear at night, and you might be caught with only Neutral Pals on you. Try to diversify your team as soon as possible, as Neutral Pals are best left at camp to work and not fight.

8 Grass

At Least They Are Good At Farming

Grass is, un🥀fortunately, not that good in the game either. The biggest thing that keeps this element back is its devastating weakness to Fire. Fire is one of, if not the, best elements in the game, so a weakness to it lands Grass near the bottom of our list. Another issue with the element is that none of the Grass Pals are that great, leading to an overall weak element.

While there are usable Grass Pals such as Mammorest, Broncherry, and Warsect, they are strong in spite of their Grass element and not because of it. Luckily, these Pals are not completely useless. You can make a few of them work at your base, and they'll be extremely useful. 7 Ice

Send Some Of The Strongest Pals To The Ice Age

Ice as an element, while not as weak as it is in the Pokemon franchise, still fails to make a meaningful impact in Palworld. Unlike Neutral and Grass, however, Ice has a few things going for it. Unfortunately, that's about it for the Ice element. It's a crippling weakness to the all-so-powerful Fire element and the lack of strong Pals who have the type to keep Ice from greatness. You could still use the likes of Cryolinx and Frostallion in harder fights and hang in there. They're also good at keeping your food fresh thanks to their cooling capability, which is nice.

6 Electric

Electric is the converse of Grass and Ice in Palworld. While the element's strength against Water and weakness against Ground is nothing to write home about, some incredible Electric Pals elevate the type in general. The main culprits here are Grizzbolt, Orserk, and Rayhound.

The Active Skills of the type are also quite powerful. Tri-Lightning and Lightning Bolt are both amazing and can be used easily against crowds, too. This is the first legit good element in terms of power. Many Electric Pals have the option to Produce Electricity at camp, too, which makes them invaluable in the late game, even if they are on the weaker side. 5 Water

Let Free The Might Of The Ocean

Water being higher than Electric in a ranking may seem weird at first, as it's directly weak to it. However, on top of having some absolutely incredible Pals in its roster, Water has a huge advantage: being strong against Fire. Some of the strongest Pals also just happen to be Water, including the likes of Surfent, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Jormuntide, and Penking.

Some of these Water Pals also can be mounted, which makes exploring further islands extremely easy. No more climbing gargantuan pillars just to hopefully glide to the next island. Water Pals are even great at working in the base. They power several primitive machines like the Mill and the Crusher; they water your crops, and they even put 💮out fires that may occur during raids.

4 Ground

Sturdy, Reliable, And Extremely Powerful

With Elecꦫtric being a very powerful element, Ground, its natural counter, also happens to land pretty high in the ranking. While this endless wheel of being powerful against another powerful type tends to be a shaky base for assessing the power of an element, the Ground Pals make the argument quite simple. Dumud, Digtoise, and Anubis are all incredible Pals that will never fail you in combat.

Except for Anubis, most Ground Pals are on the tankier sideꦐ, with higher defensive stats than offensive ones. This makes them very bulky and reliable in battles, especially boss fights, where the fight can take quite a while. Most Ground Pals are good at mining, too, so make sure to put a few in your base to get your stone production going.

3 Dark

The Cold, Dark Night Is Home To Several Powerful Beings

Dark element Pals are most likely the nightmare fuel for many playersꦜ. When you begin the game, your selection of Pals will most likely be dominated by Neutral Pals, and the Dark Pals that spawn at night will not spare them at all. While being strong against the weakest element is nothing to boast about, and despite it getting a lot easier to deal with them later on, Dark Pals are still some of the best out there.

Pal availability is absolutely what carries the element as a whole. With powerhouses such as Necromus, Shadowbeak, and Maraith, your Dark Pals will likely be a great asset throughout the game. The extreme abundance of Neutral types in the world is also a selling point for Dark, as you'll find yourself with an advantage more often than not.

Dark Pals are not focused on a single Work Suitability like simpler elements, so they can 🎉be used for most jobs at base depending on the individual Pal.

2 Dragon

Befriend Majestic Legendary Beings, And Ride Them To Battle

Dragons, due to their real-world mythological and cultural significance, tend to be the strongest characters in any game, whether it is a TTRPG or a monster-taming game. This principle holds true for Palworld, as Dragon just barely misses out on being the best element of them all. The element itself is effective against Dark, which is great, as you'll be encountering very powerful Dark Pals in the late game.

The members of this group of Pals are also incredibly strong. The likes of Chillet, Jetragon, Jormuntide, and Orserk are all devastating Pals in a fight. While they may be lacking in the Work Suitability area overall, Dragon Pals are so overwhelmingly powerful that it's a totally worthy trade-off.

1 Fire

They'll Heat Up The Battle And Your Food All The Same

Fire, for some reason, is the only element in the game that's strong against two other elements instead of one, being Grass and Ice. In a game where elements are all similarly effective, this makes the type twice as effective as others. Another boon of Fire Pals is that they're great to unbelievably strong throughout the game, and not just a portion.

Ragnahawk, Kitsun, and Blazamut are only some of the amazing Fire Pals in the game. The element, in general, focuses on ultra of🌄fense, and these Pals possess some of the highest of🐻fensive stats in the whole game. Just like your furnace at the base, Fire Pals are the best at igniting your enemies.
