These merchants are not found right away, and you'll need to know where to look.

🌠 Thanꦺkfully, we've gone out and braved the dangers of the wilds to find merchants for you so you can save time and head right to them. Here's everything you need to know about merchants in Palworld, including where to find them and what they can do for you as a Pal tamer.

Where Can You Find Merchants

Merchants can be found at settlements across the map. Settlements will have not only merchants but also police and other citizens who live there. These areas are generally safe from dangerous Pals and will have fast travel markers for your convenience.

Make sure to activate the fast travel markers so you can go between your base and the settlement easily.

There are three main settlements 🍰where you'll easily be able to find mer🐈chants for all of your buying and selling needs.

Small Settlement

The first settlement you can find is small, but not far from the original spawn point. Head northwest until you see smoke rising above the trees–this indicates that a settlement is nearby. The coordinates are 73, -485.

Duneshelter

The second settlement, Duneshelter, is located in the Dessicated Desert at coordinates 356, 346. You will need some heat protection for the day and cold protection 🥂for the night if you plan on spending some time in the desert after visiting this settlement.

Here you'll find two Wanderin🧸g Merchants, a Pal Merchant, as well ജas a few random citizens.

There's a glitch with this settlement, where the NPCs inside glitch below the settlement. When you arrive in the village, leave to the title screen, then 🍌go back iꦅnto the game and they should all be there.

Fisherman's Point

The third settlement in the game, Fisherman's Point, is at the base of Mount Obsidian, and you can find it at coordinates -479, -745. You shouldn't need heat protection while vi൩siting the settlement, but if you plan on venturing deeper into the volcanic region of the mountain, you will.

Here you'll find two Wa꧅ndering Merchants, a Pal ౠMerchant, a PIDF Officer, and a few villagers.

Other Locations

In addition to the settlements, Wandering Merchants can be found in three other locations. If you happen to be ex🧔ploring and you come across one, be sure to talk tܫo them to see what they have for sale.

The Wandering Merchant may also visit your base from time to time, s🧸o keep an eye outꦯ for visitors.

Types Of Merchants

There are several merchants you'll run into in your travels, and they sell differไent things. Knowing what merchant you're looking for will help you p💝lan your trips accordingly.

The Wandering Merchant

There are actually two different types of Wandering Merchants you'll find in the settlements.

Some of their inventory will be slightly different depending on which settlement they're located at, but the typ🌄es of inventory remain the same.

You can also sell either of the Wandering Merchants any goods you have to make gold as well. Toggle between the buy and sell menus to see how you can get what🌱 you need at a reasonable priཧce.

The Pal Merchant

The Pal Merchant buys and sells Pals, though they're a bit on the pricey side. It will cost you sever✱al thousand gold to purchase just one Pal, 🐎and his stock changes.

Thankfully, you can make a fair amount of gold by selling Pals from your Palbox to them. All those extra Pals you've b🍒een collecting for experience bonuses or to use at your base can ser🧸ve an additional purpose–making money.

Sell unwanted or unneeded Pals to the Pal Merchant for extra gold, and free up space for more Pals to collect.

The Black Marketeer

The Black Marketeer deals in the buying and selling of illegal Pals, whi꧟ch are usually Pals that you might find at the Wildlife Sanctuaries.
