Hearts of Iron game producer Vachon Pugh has had her work permit rejected by Sweden’s Migration Agency and now faces deportation. The developer and publisher of the strategy game, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Paradox Interactive, is attempting to stop her deportat🗹ion fr🌸om going ahead.

The denial of Pugh’s work permit was reportedly caused by one of her previous employers who didn’t pay fees that were mandatory to allow Pugh to be hired as an international worker. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Paradox is supporting the producer as 🍌she appeals to the Mꦐigration Court to hopefully amend the outstanding fees and allow Paradox to keep Pugh on the team.

During an interview with The Local, Pugh stated that she was anxious and shocked to hear about the rejection. Pugh had contacted her manager to try to find a solution to the unfortunate situation but the denial of her work permit still went through. The producer also commented that applying for permits is always risky to ensure every piece of information is given correctly. Pugh noted that she was asked for additional information when registering for the permit, however she was convinced that she had done everything that was rꦫequired.

The 38-year-old has worked for three companies, including Paradox, after moving from Sweden to Florida three years ago. It was reported that The Migration Agency found no discrepancies with Pugh’s first employer. However, the problem arose when investigating the second. As it stands, her second empไloyer failed to provide payment for various workplace and pension insurances during her trial period.

Swedish laws changed in 2015 that put a stop to the profiteering of foreign workers that led to the deportation of hundreds of employees who held a valid 🌠work permit. Th😼e fiasco has shown positive signs of improvement over the years that was a very unfortunate outcome for the many skilled professionals who ended up losing their jobs. Most of the deportations were caused by some minor administrative errors within various companies and has since been titled as ‘talent deportation.’

Paradox CEO Ebba Ljungerud stated that it is a “big loss” for the company as Pugh was working on one of its more popular games. Ljungerud continued by emphasizing the producer's hard work and ability to tackle some of the companies tougher games that requires a capable individual for the senior role. Paradox Interactive has published 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 and developed the strategy game Stellaris.
