Current and former employees of developer Paradox have spoken out against a &q♚uot;culture of silence" at the company once more. Speaking to and Swedish newspaper , the♏se new allegations include incidents of sexual harassment and gender discrimination against female employees.

Among those accused is an unnamed senior manager who had a knoﷺwn history of sexual harassment before being hired by Paradox. According to these new reports, the man had previously paid out 270k Swedish kroner (£22.6k) to a female employee at a different company in 2016 - only to be hired by Paradox months later.

"He had too much physical contact with us female employees. A hand on the lower back or very close hugs, where he drilled his face into one's throat", reads one statement. The employees also say that complaints were not dealt with, because those in charge of addressing these concerns didn't want to fall out of favour with senior management.

Misogynistic discrimination is also rampant, according to the staff speaking out. "I have been to meetings where I'm the only woman in the room", says one employee. "I say 'Hey, I really think we should go this direction, based on my experience', and someone looks at me, and they say, 'You know what, you're just here as a token hire. So I think you should be quiet about this.'"
