The way to get the Omniscient Voidstone is similar to the previous one. You'll get the same objective where you need to go through certain map tiers using the Searing's influence in the map device. Once you reach the end (tier 16), you'll get an Incandescent Invitation.

To get the encounter, you'll need to farm the normal version of the Shaper and the Elder first. Each encounter, including the Uber vཧersion of the Elder, has 🌠a unique set of fragments.

Your goal is to get all the fragments related to the Uber Elder. However, you have to go through two other sets of 🐎fragments to have a chance at fighting them.
