It would be akin to an ant trying to bite at some giant bipedal ape's toes, but what if that ant could wield poisoned needles? In Wrath of the Righteous, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:you're that ant. The game, however, is generous enough to give you some really shiny needles — or weapons, if you prefer the more conventional term here. Which of these weapons can aid you better in your fight against these literal demonic party crashers? Let's find out.

Updated December 7, 2022, by Sid Natividad: It has been some time since the release of Wrath of the Righteous, yet the game has proven that it's a gift that keeps on giving. There's plenty more to do in this game and tons of loot to find. Of course, among this loot, you'd want to find the best weapons.

After all, it's still a difficult game. Having an edge against most enemies in encounters through the best weapons in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous ensures a smoother progression. That's why we've updated the list to include even more destructive and powerful arms.

15 Soulshear

soulshear in pathfinder wotr
  • Weapon type: Glaive
  • Damage: 1d10+3 (Slashing)
  • Proficiency: Martial
  • Perk: Summoning a minion that heals itself

Soulshear is one of the earliest +3 weapons you can find in the game and that's not where it's overpowered qualities stop. Upon killing an enemy, the glaive will summon a demon on the spot on the user's side. Unfortunately, only one demon is allowed per encounter, but it's still a potent ability.

The best part is that this demon can heal itself per kill, meaning it's quite tough and fills in the tank role very well. The weapon is also a glaive as mentioned, so the reach gives the wielder a significant advantage. The only downside is that cannot wield it.

14 Flame's Hatred

hatred in pathfinder wotr
  • Weapon type: Trident
  • Damage: 1d8 (Piercing)
  • Proficiency: Simple
  • Perk: Additional damage

Why resort to some complicated combat tricks when a simple damage increase will do the job? That's what Flame's Hatred is all about. It's a trident, making it highly accessible to just about any character who can use any melee weapons. The piercing damage also helps against .

Where Flame's Hatred shines is in the fact that it adds additional damage per round depending on the number of hits committed. This damage is then multiplied by three. Pair this weapon with a character under the effects of Haste and watch them fork enemies to death faster than usual.

13 🌄 Rusty Dawn

rusty dawn in pathfinder wotr
  • Weapon type: Battleaxe
  • Damage: 1d8 (Slashing)
  • Proficiency: Martial
  • Perk: Higher critical damage and massive target debuff

Rusty Dawn is a high-risk, high-reward weapon and the fact that it can also be wielded on one hand makes it ideal for characters who use a shield. The damage is good enough since the weapon is +4 Corrosive but it becomes a beast upon scoring 🍷a critical h🔯it.

Because the multiplier becomes four instead of the usual three for axes. Apart from that, the target also gets a -3 debuff to Strength and Constitution which is quite a ga♌me-changer against bosses. Sadly, the wielder will have to pass an Athletics check every time these effects occur. If they fail, the axe will be stuck and attacks will be unavailable in the next round.

12 🌊 Screaming R🎃eaper

screaming reaper in pathfinder wotr
  • Weapon type: Orc Double Axe
  • Damage: 1d8 (Slashing)
  • Proficiency: Exotic
  • Perk: Area damage and crowd control on kill

Screaming Reaper is a DPS character's delight since it favors the playstyle of taking out the most vulnerable target first. The bonus effect ensures that most of the enemies who are still standing will be subjected to crowd control. Because whenever this weapon lands the killing blow, it will deal Sonic damage in a large area.

Apart from that, enemies will also be frightened and will scatter. That is assuming they don't pass the Will saving throw. Even if they do, they still take half the Sonic damage. Overall, it's a great weapon for flankers and well worth the feat spent on Exotic proficiency.

11 Mastery

mastery in pathfinder wotr
  • Weapon type: Fauchard
  • Damage: 1d10 (Slashing)
  • Proficiency: Exotic
  • Perk: Permanent Freedom of Movement and sure damage upon Combat Maneuver

Mastery is one heck of a weapon, and it's almost perfect for any melee character who relies on two-handed weapons. It's a +5 weapon and as such, it hits like a truck— a very sharp one and despite the Exotic price tag, it's still highly recommended.

That's because Mastery grants a permanent Freedom of Movement spell for its wielder on top of immunity to trip and bull rush combat maneuvers. Damage-wise, Mastery helps by dealing damage to a target whenever the wielder performs a successful combat maneuver, as if it were hit on top of the actual hit (or miss).

10 Champion Of G🎃raves

  • Weapon type: Bardiche
  • Damage: 1d10 (Slashing)
  • Proficiency: Martial
  • Perk: Additional negative energy damage

Some of the best weapons in Wrath of the Righteous require two hands to wield. The Champion of Graves bardiche is a good example of this. It's a no-nonsense tool that's all about piling up different kinds of damage. The reach is better compared to great weapons since it's a polearm-type.

What makes it even more appealing is the fact that it piles up another 3d6 negative energy damage on top of your regular 1d10 Slashing hits. Against non-undead enemies, this is pretty huge. Don't worry about the undead; just 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:bring a paladin.

9 Marching Teꦕrror ꧅

  • Weapon type: Glaive
  • Damage: 1d10 (Slashing)
  • Proficiency: Martial
  • Perk: Crowd control and added negative energy damage

Most fights in Wrath of the Righteous are downright unfair and pit your party against overwhelming enemies. Fights can become chaotic fast so you'll need to control things. By control, we mean scaring the enemies so most of them become useless during the fight.

Marching Terror is a weapon made for that specific purpose. Give it to a bruiser character, have them charge at an enemy, and as soon as the first hit lands, each enemy in a big radius must pass a check. If they fail, they'll be struck with fear and will try to flee. Oh, and the target also suffers additional negative energy damage.

8 🤪 ☂ Shiny Dagger

In-game screenshot and stats for Shiny Dagger in Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous
  • Weapon type: Dagger
  • Damage: 1d4 (Piercing)
  • Proficiency: Simple
  • Perk: Blinding the target

Daggers aren't usually great weapons 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:for lost beginners since any character who wields them tends to be a melee glass cannon. But the Shiny Dagger is well wortℱh the risk. You can offset the low damage by ensuring that the target gets blinded every now and then.

The weapon's ability ensures that the target is blinded whenever the wielder scores a critical hit. Since daggers are fast weapons and anyone who wields them usually has high chances of producing critical hits, it's a match made in heaven. You might as well call the weapon "eye-gouger."

7 ඣ Blood Red Cleaver

In-game screenshot and stats for Blood Red Cleaver in Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous
  • Weapon type: Greatsword
  • Damage: 2d6 (Slashing)
  • Proficiency: Martial
  • Perk: Extra damage for low HP targets

Of course, there had to be a greatsword here. They have the highest damage out of all Pathfinder weapon types. Blood Red Cleaver ups the brutality. The +5 greatsword not only deals 2d6 Slashing damage, but als༒o more if the enemy is close to death.

The threshold starts at 30 percent HP. Blood Red Cleaver's hits will then include an additional and thoughtful 6d6 Slashing damage for any target at or below that threshold. Want to kill a boss faster or make smaller enemies explode? This is how you do it.

6 🦩 ♒ Terrifying Tremble

In-game screenshot and stats for Terrifying Tremble in Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous
  • Weapon type: Earth Breaker
  • Damage: 2d6 (Bludgeoning)
  • Proficiency: Martial
  • Perk: Area damage

If Blood Red Cleaver is for dicing up single❀-target enemies faster, then Terrifying Tremble is all about tenderizing multiple enemies. The +5 earth breaker weapon easily offsets its two-foot range by giving the wielder some area attacks.

For every killing blow the wielder scores, Terrifying Tremble releases a sound that deals damage to adjacent enemies based on the wielder's Athletics skill. So it's great for clearing up packs of enemies by drumming them all to death.
