You’re well into by the time🥃 you enter the Yabbashah block of Tartarus, the third after a long stretch in Arqa, but just when you feel like you’re starting to get a hang on the battle mechanics in the dungeon, the next block introduces several more fairly tough ones into the mix.

Updated on March 9, 2024: Now that we've rounded out our Persona 3 Reload guide coverage, we're back to update our Yabbashah overview with more info on Shadows, loot, and more.

This guide contains spoilers for 🦩Persona 3 Reload.

Tartarus Block Three: Yabbashah Overview

After you've been kept in the Arqa block of Tartarus for so long, it's finally time to move into the next block, Yabbashah, after the Full Moon battle against 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Hierophant and Lovers at the beginning of July. After your exams, you'll get a call from Elizabeth on 7/18 to tell you the next border floor is open.

Yabbashah begins on 70F and features a distinctly mechanical theme, with pipes and invisible staircases that make the layout a bit confusing. You'll be in Yabbashah until you find the next border floor to end on 92F.

The second half opens after the next Full Moon battle against 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Chariot and Justice. This section begins on 93F and runs up through 118F.

Use Great Clocks To Catch Teammates Up To Your Level

Occasionally throughout Yabbashah, as you use 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Twilight Fragments to open chests around the block, you'll occasionally be notified that a large clock door has appeared someplace on the floor. It will always be directly next to the stairs leading to the next floor.

Stopping inside the clock door and interacting with the clock inside will allow you to choose two teammates to bring up to your current level. Then, the next time they're in battle, they'll receive enough EXP from that fight to immediately rise to match your level.

After using the Great Clock, you'll immediately be brought back to the entrance of Tartarus, where any teammate you picked who wasn't in your party already will ask to join, so add anyone you chose into the party to be sure they get their boost.

This can be a great way to catch up any teammates who've lagged behind somehow - maybe you swapped them out fo𒐪r someone else and haven't used them since, only to realize you could🐽 use them in a tough fight ahead.

Teammates whose 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:levels are much lower than yours are the best candidates, so take advantage by choosing 𓆏your teammate whose levelꦆ is the lowest to immediately bring them up to speed.

Monad Doors And Passages

There are plenty of tough Shadows along the way to the end of the Yabbashah block in P3R, but the toughest Shadows you'll face in this block serve as a tutorial for a change to a returning mechanic - 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the Monad Depths.

Previously an end-game grind that required defeating The Reaper, Yabbahah is your intro to the Monad Depths. You'll find your very first Monad Door here, which leads your team to a figh🐼t with a markedly st🔜ronger Shadow than those on the floor where you entered.

Defeating these Shadows, though, grants access to powerful rewards, not least of which is blueprints to make weaponry and armor at 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Mayoido Antiques or new 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Major Arcana cards.

After clearing several of the Monad Doors, you'll find your first Monad Passage, which Elizabeth warns you is different from other Monad Doors, on 91F, immediately afte🐽r your last 🍌Gatekeeper fight and before the entrance to the next block of Tartarus.

Monad Passages will always spawn on the same floor of Tartarus every night, even if you leave for the night and come back later,.

Floor layouts may change, but the Monad Passage entry will always be on the same floor, marked in your teleporter with a black door and red mark to help you remember.

Waiting in this Monad Passage is not one but two difficult battles, first against an enemy that teaches you not to judge based on looks, and a second with a posse who's going to try to one-shot your team. However, clearing the Monad Passage yields even better rewards.

Aigis Joins The Team

If you're exploring Tartarus progressively as you play through Persona 3 Reload, you'll meet Aigis in Yakushima just before the formal beginning of your summer break from school. After she returns to Port Island with you, she becomes available for battle on 7/24.

Tied so intrinsically to the story of P3R, Aigis was created to fight Shadows, and her wealth of physical attack moves that make use of her gun fingers and Strength stat make her an excellent ch♉oice for any battle where physical might is important.

Unsurprisingly, though, your robot teammate is weak to Electric magic, so be mindful of her 𓆉in batꦫtles with Electric-magic Shadows.

And, perhaps to tie into her mission to keep the protagonist safe, Aigis also has plenty of support skills that will continue to improve as she levels up, maki🎀ng her an excellent tandem 🏅for Yukari's healing if you're looking for a more defensive party build, but Aigis can definitely bring the heat as well.

Her Theurgy is something that will excite returning players - Orgia Mode is Aigis' Theurgy skill, meaning it can be charged like other party members'. Once full and set off, Aigis will go on a full offensive for three turns before she'll require a turn to cool down after.

Gatekeepers In Yabbashah

Not only do you have the Monad Shadows to deal with (at least for the tutorial section when you first discover them), but you've still got six total Gatekeepers to contend with as we🐈ll between both halves of Yabbashah.

The Monad Shadows are definitely tougher 🐟than the final two Gatekeepers, so heal up a🍃nd prepare before heading into the Passage if you are right away.
