But on account of this meekness, it takes a bit of time to get Chihiro to warm up to you, as well as a whole lot of patience along the way. When she’s finally opened up an🗹d willing 🌌to be your friend, Chihiro serves as your Justice social link in P3R.

How To Unlock The Justice Social Link

After you're made to join the Student Council per request of Mitsuru on 4/27, you'll meet Chihiro through the club,𒊎 where she serves as th෴e Treasurer who's admittedly kind of bad at math.

However, you can't unlock Chihiro's social link right away after you've met her and begin to see her in 2F Classroom Hallway. You'll notice pretty quickly that she seems afraid of other people - especially terrified of men - and it takes 🦩her some time t🦄o warm up to the idea of speaking to you.

Because of this, you'll need to check the hallway for Chihiro periodically after school and talk to her on three separate occasions to get her to warm up to you. She's not listed as an available social link🌺 to spend time with when she's available for these, though, as you haven't technically started her social link, meaning you'll need to stay vigilant.

Each time, she has an easier time during the conversation, and on the third time you speak to her, she'll accept your invitation to walk home together, and the social link formally begins af⛎ter this cutscene.

While talking to Chihiro doesn't consume your time slot while you're stiಞll trying to begin the social link, as soon as the Justice social link has beᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚgun, you'll need to commit time to hanging out with her from there on out.
