By the time you get down to the Depths of Mementos in , you’ve already become something of a professional Phantom Thief. But now, Joker and friends are up against their biggest challenge yet – changing the cognition of the world at large to break the cult-like spell thaꦑt Shido has on them and🐭 avoid a wrongful arrest.
You’re aboutಞ to see the citizens of Tokyo at their lowest, and it’s up to you and your rag-tag group of friends to save them from Shido and themselves. Follow along below for a complete guide on how to tackle𒅌 the entire collective heart of Japan.
For this guide, we’ll focus exclusively on the dungeon itself and not the goings-on outside the Metaverse. This guide walks you from your first step into the palace up to the boss fight.
Preliminary Information
Before progressing the game's timeline, you’re forced to tackle The Depths of Mementos dungeon on 12/24, no matter how prepared you are for it. When you arrive to begin taking on the dungeon itself, you won’t be allowed to go back to the real world until it’s done.
It’s critical to have your party ready for dungeon-crawling before ending the day on 12/23.
You also need to finish any outstanding requests in Mementos before 12/22. The shadows you’re after will vanish after that date, so be finished with what you intend to do before then, as you won’t have another chance after this.
Lastly, you can’t do much socializing after this, so 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:any Confidant rankings need to be finished before 12/23.
Recommended Level
The shadows you’re going up against here are no joke; you should aim for Joker and the party to be at least Level 75. And as always, keep a spread of Personas on Joker to cover any affinities you don’t cover with your party set-up. There🔯’s a lot of variety a๊head, so be prepared for anything.
We strongly suggest having worked on Hifumi Togo (Star) and Futaba Sakura (Hermit) due to their impressive abilities for protection or party-swapping if the Thieves fi💝nd themselves in a jam.

Entrance And Getting Started
After school, you’ll be brought automatically into Mementos, where you need to make your way down to The Path of Sheriruth, Area 14. We’ve strongly advised locating The Depths before in our 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:complete guide to Mementos, as the entrance to The Depths is 66 floors below the entrance to Mementos.
If you've been going through Mementos periodically to unlock areas or complete requests, you can fast-travel from platforms, as you typically are. For the quickest infiltration of The Depths, fast-travel to your lowest point in Mementos, which will be the door to The Depths if you’ve already found it. If not, use our guide abo🎃ve to♚ help you make your way down to the entrance.
Once you get down here, you must complete the Depths of Mementos palace in a single day. As we mentioned, you won’t be able to leave, but if you find yourself and the Thieves in a pinch, return to the beginning of The Depths and speak to Caroline outside the Velvet Room to fully restore the party’s HP and SP. You can do this as often as needed while you’re here, so feel💞 🗹free to use the boost.
To begin, find a path in the southwest section of this area, so jump across the platform next to it to make your way around the crowd. When you see a large window with a red light, climb into the window to formally begin your infiltration.
Most of The Depths is labeled as "Prison Passageway," so to keep things smooth, we'll separate the Prison Passageway into Upper, Middle, and Lower sections in our guide, broken up by the large caverns you come to along the path to the bottom.
Prison Passageway (Upper)
After the cutscenes, follow the path southwest and jump onto the platform to the east, continuing along the platforms to enter the next area. When you arrive, head north for a cutscene and a battle against two shadows. Once you’ve taken them out, follow the path north for a puzzle, which you can start from the panel in the northwest corner.
From the activation panel, head:
East > East > South > West > South > West > North > North.
Access the ac༺tivation panel again to finish this puzzle.
Finishing the puzzle spawn in some shadows, who will chase you. You don’t have to fight them, but navigating is easier without 🍰someone on your trail.
Head north from here, eventually reaching the door in the northeast corner. There’s a shadow patrolling the area you need to jump down to once you go thr✨ough the door, so fight it or sneak past to keep on down this path. Your second puzzle is here, and it’s much the same as the last one. Take the following path, starting from the panel.
East > North > South > East > East > South > West > West > East > West > West
Use the panel a second time to finish the puzzle. The path into the next one is pretty straightforward, and it's like the last two you did. Follow this path, starting from the panel.
South > South > East > South > North > West > North > East > West > North
Use the panel again to open the exit. You should now be in a large, empty area, so use the time to patch up the team before carrying on to the next🍎 section.
Prison Passageway (Middle)
When you leave the cavern space, go down the path heading north, where you’ll stumble upon the folks whose hearts you’ve been stealing over the last year. After a cutscene, you’re faced with three waves of shadows. You can try to run, but it’s tough, and the EXP certainly wouldn’t♏ hurt, so use our chart above for help in the fight.
Keep going north. When you come to the path cutting east, take it and use your grappling hook when prompted. There’s a chest if you go west from where you land, and the exit is to the northwest. West from here is a safe room; after you emerge, you’ll be faced with some strong enemies before you can do your next puzzle.
When you enter the safe room and come back out, these enemies respawn again. If ♚you’ve got the means to farm EXP here, take it.
Defeat the strong shadow and collect the Vermilion Disk it was guarding, then head back to the puzzle area and use the Disk on the gate that’s in your way.
Use the activation panel to begin thi🥃s long puzzle. From the activation panel, follow the charted path below. Use the panel again to finish the puzzle, and then use the exit you just unlocked.
South > West > South > South > East > East > North > West > East > North > South > North > West > East > West > North
Three shadows are waiting to fight you ahead after a cutscene where you learn more about Morgana. Deal with them before heading north and then west to the next saferoom. From there, use the southwest path to continue west through this area, going south at the end of the path. Snag a chest with your grappling hook before baℱcktracking to go northeast to the next puzzle.
From the activatio𝓡n panel, follow this path, finish the puzzle with ♊the panel, and go east and through the exit in the north.
West > West > South > South > East > East > North > North
Prison Passageway (Lower)
🐼 We sure hope you’ve gotten the hang of these floor puzzles because you’ve got several more to go. You’ll need another Disk to carry on from here, so head to the activation panel for the next puzzle to work on getting it. From the panel, follow this path and check the panel again to fi✃nish the puzzle and grab the Disk.
East > South > East > West > West > East > West > West > North > East
Go back to the puzzle from before and use the Disk there. Solve it with the following path ꦫand check the panel when you’re done to finish the puzzle. From there, go to the exit you opened.
South > East > East > North > West > West > North > East > East > South > West > West
Because you haven’t already solved enough panel puzzles, you have three more puzzles to contend with in the next room. To help you keep the solutio🎃ns straight, we’ve organized them below.

The Treasure Of Mementos
Use the grappling hook to get over the gap up ahead, and then continue north to find the palace’s true interior. Make sure the team is in good shape and head on down. After a cutscene, you’re up against the Treasure of Mementos, the Holy Grail. But it's not this easy.
Unfortunately, no matter how much damage you do to the Holy Grail right now, it’s part of the story that you cannot win the fight against the Holy Grail the first time you take it on.
The veins connected to the top of the cup tie the Grail to the general populace. Because of the country's collective desire to be told what to do by someone else, any damage you do to the Holy Grail will be fruitless - the people want it in control.
For now, your goal is simply damaging it and forcing it to heal. Each time it does, you’ll watch it change colors until it’s transformed from a dull, metallic goblet into a shining golde🅰n spectacle.
Hold your own against the Holy Grail until it’s as vibrant as can be. It will then return your group to Shibuya Crossing, where you watch in horror as each member of the Phantꦰom Thieves fades from existenc꧂e.
