The biggest addition to Persona 5 Royal is Kasumi Yoshizawa, who is a new member of the Phantom Thieves of Heart. Kasumi initially distrusts the team and doubts their me♑thods, but she eventually becomes a member and fights alongside them.

There is also a new Confidant in the form of a school counselor named Takuto Maruki, who is brought in after the Kamoshida incident, and an ally in the form of a mysterious young boy in Mementos named José, who💃 can craft items for the party.

There is a new location for Joker and his friends to visit outside of dungeons called Kichijoji, where the party can play pool to increase their social stats. 𓄧There is also a darts minigame that can strengthen the bond bet💞ween Joker and his fellow Phantom Thieves, giving them bonuses in combat.

The Third Semester

In Persona 5, Joker is unable to attend the third semester of his school year. This will now be shown in Persona 5 Royal and will inc🐷lude new sꦉcenarios that were not present in the original game.

The New Foes

The dungeons in Persona 5 Royal will contain new Shadows that will only enter combat if players attacks them. These monsters are a lot stronger than the standard 🐽enemies in the dungeon and they drop rare treasure when slain. The dungeons also contain new items that can be crafted into accessories and Mementos will have a brand new area to exp🔴lore.

The bosses in Persona 5 Royal have had their strategies reworked for returning players. There are also new enemies in the dungeons and the people who purchase the DLC will have a chance to battle the protagonists of Persona 3 and Persona 4.

The Phantom Thieves can now perform special double attacks after using the Baton Pass manoeuver, which comes with their own cutscene🔯s. Futaba can also join the battle with her own All-Out Attack. The Phantom Thieves (outside of Joker) will now be able to develop a third Persona.

Persona 5 Royal will launch with three different editions. The Standard Edition comes with a steelbook case showing Joker and the Phantom Thieves, as well as a code for a dynamic theme.
