So, you survived the God of Control erasing you from existence in . The tethers of the story you’ve been enjoying so far are abꩵout to come undone in a massive, biblical sense of the term, and it’s up to you to remind the people of Japan that you exist and are fighting for their free will.
In this final dungeon of the main Persona 5 Royal story, Joker and the team must scale the🅷 horrifying bone-like paths of Qliphoth to confront the Holꦏy Grail one more time. Follow along below for tips on doing it just right.
Preliminary Information
Though it’s difficult to adequately train between the Depths of Mementos and when you’re made to start Qliphoth, you’ll have the easiest time with the monsters ahead if Joker is Level 75 or above. This is another time when the Personas in your Compendium are more important than your level itself, though, so be sure to have some powerful Personas in your party for the fights ahead.
With your party and Confidants now locked at the level they were at before you entered Qliphoth, you’re in the home stretch of the game and out of time (for now) for socializing. Hopefully y🔜ou’ve been powering up your teammates and collecting the helpful abilities from your friends ar💜ound Tokyo.
We’ll give you the full breakdown in tables below, but be warned that the shadows in Qliphoth are tough. Before P5R added the third semester, Qliphoth was ♔the final dungeon of the game, so it’s no wonder i❀t packs such a punch.
Here’s some information on the shadows ꦺand mini-bosses you’ll b💦e facing ahead in Qliphoth.

Entering Qliphoth
Before taking on the World of Qliphoth, talk to Lavenza by the door to the Velvet Room. Justine and Caroline have just reunited into this one powerful being, and as such, Lavenza can heal your HP and SP. If you’re low on items or spells and need a patch-up before taking on the next section, there’s no limit on how many times you can ask her for this service.
When you’re in top s෴hape, head on into the odd, bony s꧒tructures of Qliphoth.
You can find a wealth of last-minute powerful items littered throughout, so now’s your chance for any adjustments to your team and their weaponry before the big fight. Make it a point to open the chests you see around Qliphoth. The map is relatively flat so they shouldn’t🌄 be hard to see, and they’re almost always worth your while.
With this being the path to the boss, fight as many of the shadows here as you'd like — they are your last chance to grind for levels before the final battle.
First And Second Paths
Just inside Qliphoth, head north and then ea🍎st for the first chest, then go west, jump over a gap, and go south for the second. From the second chest, go south and then east to jump back down.
Up ahead, you’ll be taking on the first of the area’s mini-bosses, kicking things off with Uriel. You may have noticed in the tables above that the mini-bosses in Qliphoth are primarily biblical figures, but with them being so powerful, you’re in for quite the fight to get to 🌠Holy Grail. Consult the tab🐼les above for help in fighting the angels.
Once you’ve defeated Uriel, go north onto the second path.
Here, there’s another chest to grab right away. Go north and turn right when given the choice, dropping into a lower area from there and walking until you hit a dead end. Use your grappling hook to snag a chest, then use it again to get to the south platform.
Your next angel fight takes place here and is again Raphael. Use ou✅r affinities table abovꦐe for help in the fight, and then proceed onto the third area.
Third And Fourth Paths
On the third path, go north and jump down onto the path ahead, then take the path on the left and continue north on it. Use the grappling hook to grab another chest and drop down onto the southern path from there.
Keep going south until you can drop into the area in the west. Here, you’re taking on your third angel fight, against Gabriel. Defeat hi🍰m and carry onto the final path♓ to the Holy Grail.
There’s not much in the final area, but you can head north to grab two chests before proceeding onto the final angel battle. This one is against Michael, the strongest of all the angels you’ve faced so far. It’s critical to keep in mind that, while the other angels nullified bless attacks, Michael drains bless moves. Anything else h🅘its normal𝓰ly, so be sure to avoid giving him a free patch-up from your attacks.
Once you’re finished with the angels, you’ve got nothing left to do in Qliphoth than proceed to the final💙 bo♒ss battle of the vanilla Persona 5 story.
Final Preparations
Before you do, though, you’re able to save the game and head back to the entrance to Qliphoth for any last-minute things ꦰyou may need before the boss. Speak to Lavenza again to make sure the team is as well-off as they can be, taking the time to top o🤡ff your HP and SP.
Feel free to go into the Velvet Room as well to complete any last-minute prep-work in there. Summon your strongest Personas, fuse more if you don’t have anything particularly powerful, and stack the odds in your favor by equipping Joker with the best of the best.
Then, when you’re ready to end the main story once and for all, head back into Qliphoth and get back to the final area of the path. Confirm that you’re ready to go, and then march on in to take on the Holy Grail a second time.
