Persona has quickly risen to popularity levels that are able to stand next to the massive 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokémon series as a staple JRPG franchise, and fans of either series can find aspects of the opposing games that they're both able to enjoy. While many may consider Pokémon to be the standard when talking about JRPGs both old and new, Persona is just as old and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Shin Megami Tensei beats it out by another decade.

Now that Pokémon Sword & Shield and Persona 5 are the two current JRPG titans, seeing fan crossovers of the two is an inevitability. If Joker from Persona 5 somehow entered the world of Pokémon thꦍrough the metaverse, what kind of P𝓀okémon would we see him use?

10 Meowth

Meowth is the single most obvious choice for the Persona 5 protagonist, as his most iconic partner just so happens to be a talking cat of his own, similar to Team Rocket's talking Meowth in the Pokémon anime series.

While Meowth may not be considered a strong Pokémon in any capacity, neither is Pikachu, which Ash has been using over 20 years. Now, if Meowth's 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Gigantamax form happened to transform 🥃him into Zorro, that would be anotไher story.

9 Inteleon

As is shown by this wonderful artwork by on Instagram, as well as many other crossover artworks featuring Inteleon, the resemblance between the two is uncanny🌌. Both Joker and Intelleon have lanky limbs, a confident gaze, and a gun.

Well, Inteleon doesn't quitওe have a gun, but water-p𝐆owered finger guns are close enough. If Joker was transformed into any Pokémon from the Pokédex, he would for sure take on the form of Intelleon.

8 Thievul

It makes far too much sense for Joker to be a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dark-type trainer due to Arsene's affiliation with Curse-spells and Joker's status 🅠as the leader of the Phantom Thieves. Thievul's name literally demonstrates this nature, making it fit perfect♚ly alongside Joker.

It even has a mask-like design on its face with its fur, making it seem like Thi𝔍evul was already a fan of the Phantom Thieves, to begin with.

7 Zoroark

Zoroark is one of the more popular Dark-types in all of Pokémon, and it only make🌺s sense that Joker would capture one of the most stylish and memorable of the bunch. What really sells the connection is Zoroark's , Illusion.

This ability allows it to mimic enemy Pokémon in battle, which is 🔜similar to Joker's Wild Card ability. ꦉThis allows him to negotiate and harness multiple enemies and use them as his own.

6 Honedge

A gun isn't the only weapon that Joker is known for, as he wouldn't be complete without his signature dagger. While Pokémon are supposed to be used on their own, it would be totally rad to seeඣ a trainer use a Pokémon like Honedge as a weapon.

Joker's dagger in Persona 5 is changed quite frequently and doesn't stick out a𝐆ll t🐬hat much from other daggers, so giving him a unique weapon that is literally just a Pokémon is a strange, but interesting alternative.

5 Darkrai

Joker's signature Persona is Arsène, the genꦓtleman thief in the form of a tall, flaming, winged figure with absurdly tall top-hat. There's never going to be a Pokémon that resembles Arsène too closely, but Darkrai is the closest there is.

They're both Dark-types, essentially, and their color꧃s and body shape are similar enough that it's entirely feasible ꦚto see Joker making use of the legendary Pitch-Black Pokémon, Darkrai.

4 Honchkrow

Keeping in line with Pokémon that fit the style of the suave and graceful Pha🐎ntom Thieves, Honchkrow's Dark-typing and elegant, Robin Hood-esque hat makes him a great contender for a Phan﷽tom Thief's signature Pokémon.

In fact, Honchkrow woul💃d probably want to be the leader of the Phantom Thieves' Pokémon collection, as its Pokédex entry coins it as the "Big Boss Pokémon."

3 Yamask

Persona 5 is all about masks in both its gameplay and story and Yamask lite🌃rally has the word "mask" in its name, so there's no reason whyꦿ Joker wouldn't take a liking to this mask-loving ghost.

Yamask never seems to want to let go of its mask, making us wonder if taking it off will summon Yamask's own personal Persona. Who﷽ would this Persona be? Well, the mask that it carries resembles its face if it was a human, so it could summon the gho🌊st of its former self.

2 Krookodil🔯e

"Crook" is a word used to describe someone who likes to steal, meaning Krookodile should have what it takes to steal hearts🅠 alongside the Phantom Thieves. It's described as the "Intimidation Pokémon," so it would likely be a huge help during hold-ups with Shadows.

Krookodile may not have a mask, but it's sunglasses aren't too farfetched for a Phantom Thief to have, as Joker can summon Arsène with his glasses in Smash Ultimate.

1 ﷽ Masquerain 🐬

Masquerain doesn't wear a ꧅literal mask like Yamask and does not have a mask-like design such as Thievul, but it has the unique ability to intimidate its eneﷺmies with wings that resemble a pair of frightening eyes.

The name Masquerain is derived fro🔯m the word "Masquerade," ꦓmeaning to disguise, which is something that the Phantom Thieves specialize in.
