This leak has been🃏 named the Gigaleak because the zipped file is just over a GB compressed. Uncompressed, it’s about three times that. The point is every day a new revelation will come forward based on the findings of those digging into the da💙ta. From the SNES to the DS, these ten entries are the coolest discoveries made so far. This leak will assuredly be one of those gifts that keeps on giving.

10 Super Luigi 64

Since 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Super Mario 64 launched, fans🉐 have speculated that Luigi was supposed to be in the game. There were many theories as to how to obtain him, but none of them were real.

Thanks to the leak, fans now know Luigi was supposed to have a r💎ole in the game as his head is in the gam💦e’s code. This image was constructed using Mario’s body as a mock-up.

9 Pokémon MMO

There is little information on this one other than some leaked documents. The Chinese company iQue pitched a MMO style RPG based on Pokémon.

Players would connect their 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Game Boy Advance devices to a PC and would essentially be able to go back and forth between playing on the 🌸go and at home. It was like a prototype for what would become the Switch although there were other devices that simulated this idea too like the Super Game Boy for the Super Nintendo.

8 The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time Lost Assets

There are several lost assets regarding 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Ocarina of Time. There is an early skeleton creature along with ꧑pre-rendered backgrounds for the Temple of Time which seemed to have more areas to it.

The biggest concept found was that the game might have mirrored 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Super Mario 64. Players would enterಌ Ganon’s c🏅astle and it would act as a hub world for dungeons.

7 Super Mario Bros. 5: Yoshi’s Island

Super Mario Bros. 5: Yoshi’s Island, as an earl🐻y name, is the least strᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚangest thing for Yoshi’s Island.

At one point it might have been called Super Donkey. The star looked like Rayman and shared a similar world and art style. Whether this ✱was the prototype for Yoshi’s Island or its own game is a bit unclear though.

Japanese players were treated to a remake of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The Legend of Zelda on the Super Famicom. It was similar in nature to the Mario remakes in Super Mario All-Stars except it added a lot of live ᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚperformances via the Satellaview add-on.

Anyway, based on these sprites of Link, fans think there might have been a remake of Zelda II. This is all that remains of the concept.

5 Pokemon Diamond/Pearl Prototype

There was more Pokémon stuff uncovered. In the prototype for Pokémon Diamond/Pearl, Garach🉐omp’s line was red and a bit different in design. A few other designs were changed as well.

The biggest discovery is what appears to be a legendary Pokémon. It looks like a flesh colored dog with gems embedded in its skin ▨with a Cthulhu like head.

4 Star Fox 2 Had Humans?

Star Fox 2 was canceled altogether for the Super Nintendo before being finished for the SNES mini in 2017. Anyway, even that game had cut content sꦚuch as a playable female human pilot.

Thi𝄹s girl isn’t the on🍰ly human found in the data either. There were also some cut animal creatures as well such as what appears to be a female fox that fans have likened to a comic appearance.

3 Super Mario World Proto Yoshi

Other than Yoshi’s Island, the predecessor, Super Mario World, had s⛄ome drastic changes as well. Yoshi looked more like a realistic dinosaur akin to a raptor.

Mario’s punch animation was also more violent. There is also what appears to be a grandpa Yoshi. Moving on, Bowser’s legs were uncovered meaning at one point he may have gotten out of his hovering clown car. This might have just been meant 𒁏for a lost cutscene as well.

2 Dragonfly

This is a scrapped idea for Pilotwings. Based on the limited sprite data found, it appears the game was go🌟ing to have a more sci-fi aesthetic. Why it was changed to be 😼more realistic and feature planes is unknown.

Maybe this idea can still take off for a sequel/spinoff. Being able to fly a ship an🌟d parachute onto the moon would be interesting.

1 Mario Kart Content

Fans found some hidden data within the first tw🃏o Mario Kart games. The Super Nintendo had some early versio🍎ns of tracks along with cut courses as well.

The prototype for the N64 game used the SNES’ sprites in 3D environments presumably to te🐽st the space out. There were also unused battle items uncovered.
