Pikmin Bloom's gradual worldwide rollout has finally reached the UK and Europe and is available to download and play right now.
Pokemon Go celebrated its fifth anniversary over the summer. Even though it might not seem as popular as it was when it launched in 2016, it is still a huge money-spinner for Niantic and T﷽he Pokemon Company. So much so that Niantic has continued its work with Nintendo and created an all-n𒈔ew AR game based on one of its IPs, Pikmin Bloom.
168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pikmin Bloom launched last week, but its global rollout has been a gradual one. Australia and Singaporeඣ were the first two countries to get the new mobile game on Wednesday, with North America getting the chance to give it a whirl 24 hours later. Fast forward to today and Pikmin f🔯ans in the UK and Europe can finally try Bloom for the first time.
Niantic invited European Pikimin fans to go for a walk through the game's Twitter account on Tuesday morning. We can confirm the game is indeed available to download and play in the UK as we tried it out for ourselves for the first time a short while ago. The first thing you will need to do after accessing the app for the first time is confirm your date of birth and sign up.
You can sign up in a variety of ways, including through your Apple, Google, or even your Nintendo account if you have one. You will then be gifted a couple of seeds to plant and will need to walk ten steps to make them grow, or just shake your phone if you are unable to walk or simply don't want to. Your first Pikmin will then be ready to pluck, at which point they will scamper off and find you some fruit.
That fruit can then be turned into nectar which you use to feed your Pikmin and make their flowers bloom. Walking with the app will make flowers grow around you as you go, providing you have petals, and make your seedlings sprout if you have them planted in your backpack. Unlike Pokemon Go, there is no competitive element to Bloom outside of unlocking medals. It's just a game designed to get more people outside and walking.
