There are a lot of emotions to be processed after the end of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:A Plague Tale: Requiem. You see the journey of two children who were thrown into a bloody and cruel world full of people with wicked intentions, and you can't help but just root for them to be alive and happy at the end of all of it. But we don't get everything we want in this world, and we're lucky to get anything out of it at all by the mercy of the scriptwriting gods.
We can at least take solace in the fact that the game has some soft moments which we can remember, and we can ignore the fact that most of these scenes had angst following it. Retrace Amicia and Hugo's footsteps and remember the fonder moments of the game.

10 Ch🍸oosing To Find The Island 🙈
It was painful to see Hugo struggle at the hands of Vaudin, where absolutely nobody listened to him when he talked about dreaming of a cure. A bittersweet moment in this game was when Amicia finally decided to follow Hugo, letting Lucas and her mother drift away in the river to seek the mystery island in Hugo's dreams.
Amicia, desperate to save her brother, finally heeded his dream. It's a rather soft moment to see Amicia take Hugo seriously, even if it involved making a bolder and harder decision.
9 Hugo's Excitement When Sailing For The First Time
Short instances like this make you forget that Amicia and Hugo are two children who were thrown into an awful and unkind world. Hugo's childlike wonder and excitement make this scene momentarily refreshing from all the carnage that has been piling up thus far.
What tops this scene off is that we see a rare instance of Amicia smiling, which is a much-needed respite since we usua🦩lly see her in a state of stress and fright. Even the strongest warriors need happy moments.
8 💙 Hugo Giving Sophia A Flower
Here's a gentler moment between Amicia, Hugo, and Sophia. Hugo's just a boy, and he's taken a liking to Sophia, which is why he gave her a flower in this scene. It's short, but it's a sweet reminder that he's just a kid, even if he's seen a lot at this point in the game. Somehow, that sense of love and wonder never did manage to fade away from him even as the Macula consumed him.
But this moment, like many here, are notable calm times before the storm. But smooth sails don't usually make good stories.
7 Putting Tꦰhe Past Behind ꦚ
When Amicia and Hugo arrived at La Cuna, we all breathed a sigh of relief when they were welcomed by the locals instead of being suspected or shunned. It🥀 was a nice moment when the woman greeted Hugo with a flower crown because La Cuna had a profꦗound love for children.
If only things stayed that way, but we have to admit. They had us in the first half, and we really thought La Cuna was where we'd find all the answers. At least there was a time our two protagonists caught some form of a break.
6 Sophiaඣ Lecturing Amicia And Hugo 🌳
Sophia is truly a kind soul, but she can be stern when she needs to be, and she doesn't hesitate to remind the two kids to stay in line when they need it most. It's this scene when Sophia decides to stay for Amicia and Hugo because she lectures them at a crucial time.
Sometimes, we just have to listen to the ones who have more years than us. In this case, Amicia tends to be reckless, and Hugo follows suit and destroys things to protect all he loves. This scene does leave a warm feeling when we realize that she does really see Amicia and Hugo as true friends and doesn't want to see them or others suffer due to their actions.
5 The🏅 Apology From Arnaud💜
For all his questionable actions, Arnaud finally gets redemption by saying sorry. This is a conciliatory moment between Hugo, who trusted him, and Arnaud, who only wanted to use Hugo for revenge at first. But this scene also shows that Arnaud isn't a prideful warrior sort. Rather, he's humble enough to apologize to a child to who he's done wrong.
Aside from the apology, he does prove much later on that he's definitely on Amicia and Hugo's side through his actions. Everything's water under the bridge now, especially with the sacrifices he makes much later on.
4 🎐 Uncanny Wordꦺs Of Inspiration From Arnaud
Arnaud became the rock Amicia needed when Hugo was taken away from her. It's an unexpected happening since Arnaud and Amicia never really had the nicest introduction, with Amicia killing his men and Arnaud giving her a whack on the head, leaving her bleeding for days on end.
But when the tides turned, he🌟 was there to encourage Amicia to keep fighting to get Hugo back from the clutches of Count Viꦓctor. They even made such good teammates in fighting the obsessed Count.
3 Restoring Hugo's Faith In Humanity
At this point, Hugo has seen more than the average child or even the average person. He's seen rats tear cities down, people take advantage of him to contain or wield his power for their own reasons, and worst of all, he's seen his mother killed by a woman who wanted to steal him as his own son.
Hugo has seen too much. But when Amicia and Hugo reach Sophia's boat after La Cuna was no more, Amicia was able to tell Hugo that they still have a shot at life. That wounds heal, and scars remain so that they don't forget what has happened. It's a touching moment between brother and sister, beyond their roles as the Carrier and the Protector.
2 A💎micia Reassuring Hugo
Hugo started having doubts about humans after all he's been through, especially after seeing the fate of the Carrier before him in the crypts below La Cuna. It was a fate that the child was condemned to by the hands of The Order, but Amicia told Hugo that there is still good in this world. That she's there as his sister and Protector.
Sophia also pats Hugo on the back for this by saying that there are people like her who he can also trust. Not everybody is cruel in this world, and the people closest to Hugo did ꧅an amazing job of showing that warmth.
1 Amicia And Hugo's Last Reunion
This may be the most gut-wrenching reunion; we're not sure if it's the warmest scenario or the most tear-jerking one. But for a moment, we were led to believe that it was all over and that the siblings would come out of the nightmarish place somewhat unscathed.
But we can only hope for so much, and it's even a miracle that they gave us a scene where both Amicia and Hugo are able to talk and hug one last time. Although Hugo didn't live on after this, and Amicia had to raise her hand to save the world, his memory does live on in her.
