December has all but dried up for new video game releases; thankfully, a new year slowly approaches. It may have been a slow month but the first three months of 2020 should liven things up for the industry again. January, February, and March all have some amazing games coming out for Sony's PS4. Some of them may even be Game of the Year contenders, or at least, that’s how much we hope to adore the remake of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Final Fantasy VII, for just one example.

On top of that, Sony has to announce the PS5 in some official capacity at some point. We predict waiting until E3 will be too long. Looking back, the PS4 was unveiled with a big event in February. Holding another huge event like that this coming February wo✃uld be a great idea, at least, that what we hope happens. The point is Sony is going t𒀰o have a great year. Therefore, let’s kick things off with a little preview!

10 🦩 Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is set to debut on January 17 for PS4 as well as PC and Xbox One. The RPG game has been d🐲one b♑efore, but certainly not to this scale.

In terms of graphics and gameplay, Kakarot looks set to potentially rival 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dragon Ball FighterZ. Hopefully, instead of another c-tier anime licensed game, Kakarot will turn out just as good, if not better, than Arc System Works's fighting game.𓆏

9 🤪 Final Fantasy Crystal C✤hronicles: Remastered Edition

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Remastered Edition is set to release on January 23 for PS4 as well as Switch, iOS, and Android devices. For a game that came out in 2004, this is certainly taking ꧋a long time.

This version was announced in 2018 and has since been delayed several times. J𓄧ust how much is Square Enix doing to this remaster? Maybe there is a secret surprise. New additions, or not, we can’t wait to start co-oping again.

8 Dreams

Dreams is set to debut on February 14 on the 🌃PS4. The game launched its early access version back in April and the community has made some overwhelmingly cool stuff since.

This official release is supposed to have🦹 a campaign, but it hasn’t been said if new developer tools will also be included. However things shape out, we hope the community continues to grow and m꧋ake cool stuff.

7 🔥 Darksiders Genesis

Darksiders Genesis is also set to release on February 14 for the PS4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One. Wow, the perfect game for Valentine’s Day! The game actually released this month, but only as a PC and Stad𒆙ia exclusive.

So far buzz has been fairly good, making the wait for the console🎐 version that much harder,🅰 but exciting. We wish this was a core game instead starring Strife, but a spin-off is a good way to hopefully tease bigger things to come.

6 Bayonetta & Vanquish 10th Anniversary Bundle 🍎

The Bayonetta & Vanquish 10th Anniversary Bundle is set to debut on February 18 on Sony's console﷽ and💦 Microsoft's Xbox One. This PlatinumGames-themed combo pack is weird, but who cares?

The big get here is Vanquish. Bayonetta has been re-released with enhancements on Wii U and Switch, but Vanquish has never received any updates since it released in 2010. That’s a crime c🍰onsidering how cool and unique it is for a shooter. Get r🍰eady to power slide one’s way to victory.

5 Iron Ma🐻n VR

Iron Man VR is set to release on February 28 for PSVR. With this and Marvel’s Avengers coming out later in the y𝔍ear, 2020 is hopefully going to be a good year for Marvel video games.

The only other game Camouflaj, the developer, has made is République, along with a VR version of it. While interesting and pretty decent, the episodic stealth game also didn’t do any groundbreaking things. Still, one or two mediocre games don’t have us worried because, so far, previews for Iron Man VR have looked promising.

4 ܫ Final Fantasy VII Remake 🐟

Final Fantasy VII Remake is set to debut on March 3 for PS4, and Square Enix has actually confirmed it will remain a console exclusive until 2021. While everything seems to be on track for the game to launch on ti▨me, we can’t help bওut feel nervous.

After all, this remake was announced♒ in 2015 and changed developers all while going quiet for years. 2020's release also isn’t the whole game, with Square Enix being pretty cagey about sequels. This is one of the most hyped games of 2020, but f🍒ans have every right to be simultaneously terrified and optimistic.

3 Nioh 2

Nioh 2 is set to release on March 13 for PS4. Perhaps surprisingly, it is worth remembering the first game was a PS4 console exclusive. Strange how it never got ported to Xbox One as Nioh was made by a third-party studio.

Anyway, we are down for some more “Samurai Souls,” as we liked to call the original. Nioh had some issues that held it back, but t♋hat’s why sequels are more interesting as problems can always 🔯be addressed.

2 💝 🔯 DOOM Eternal

DOOM Eternal is set to make its PS4 debut 𝕴on March 20, with id Software's shooter also being released at the same time on PC, Google Stadia, and Xbox One. Hmm, it’s going to get weird in 2020 when we have to add Stadia to more release lists.

Anyway, we were all set to take on demons in November, but at least this delay 🌺wasn't that long. For a game like , we can wait. The 2016 reboot has earned back our trust in the franchise.

1 Persona 5: Royal ꧑

Persona 5: Royal is set to release on March 31 for PS4. This barely made the list as it is just an enhanced re-release of a 2017 game. Honestly, if weꦇ wanted to play this JRPG again, a Switch version would have been preferable.

Joker is in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for crying out loud! In some form or another, Persona is coming to that platform. At the moment, Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers looks like the only option for Switch players, but we wouldn't be surprised if a port of the original game is announced. For those who don’t believe that will happen, well, Persona 5: Royal is out at the end of March on the PS4.
