But let's start with Bugsnax, the sleeper furry game. Everyone was so focused on the fact that edible insects are walking around that nobody really focused on the fact that all the sentient characters are anthropomorphic animal people. I mean, the narrator is a walrus with hands. That's basically the definition of furry. And since Octodad was a huge success for developer Young Horses, there's no reason to think that Bugsnax will be anything less.
Then there's Stray, the game where you play as a cat with a backpack exploring a dystopian robot city. Sure, the furry elements here are a bit lighter than the rest, but a cat🅷 wearing a backpack is certainly adorable enough to act as a kind of furry gateway to far more insidious games.
Such as Goodbye Volcano High. This game is set in a world of dino🍸saur people making it more of a "scaly" title than a furry one, but it's basically the same genre. Anthro angsty teenagers weep in a "cinematic narrative adventure” game designed to impart sympathy on these young dinos. And the fact that this whole game is supposed to be like a giant interactive cartoon is just perfect furry fodder.
But not as perfect as the new Ratchet & Clank. From the first game released back in 2002, Ratchet has been the source of a furry awakening that has continued to this day. There are almost as many Lombaxes as there are narwhals these days, and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is just going to make so many more.
