For gamers that already own a PC there is little incentive to purchase an Xbox, as much of the same experience can be had on a computer. Indeed, the Xbox Series X is essentially just a PC tower, and though this means strong hardware and a unified aesthetic between all of Microsoft's products, it doesn't give the Xbox that "must have" factor that both Sony and Nintendo imbue into their consoles.
