12 Mega Sl꧋owbro

mega slowbro

A highly underrated defensive option, Slowbro is an admittedly lackluster Pokemon by default, but its 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Mega Evolution is a completely different story.

With a staggering 180 Defense and access to the move Iron Dꦍefense, dealing with a Mega Slowbro with a physical attacker is a losing battဣle. While it has a much less impressive 80 Special Defense, it is able to use Slack Off, reliably restoring any HP it may lose.

11 Skarmory

Skarmory in the Pokemon anime flying into battle

With stellar defensive stat𓄧s and a great Steel/Flying-typing, Skarmory has been a terror 💫since its inception. It takes quite a bit of firepower to take this metal bird down, and nothing is preventing it from getting back up against thanks to Roost.

Skarmory is a great wall that can also function quite well as a pivoting lead, able to set up Spikes and Stealth Rock before cycling enemies around a hazardous battlefiel❀d with Whirlwind. To the unsus𝄹pecting opponent, Skarmory is fierce.

10 Amoongus

Amoongus has a lot going for it when it comes to walling. Firstly, Grass/Poison is a decent typing, defensively, and it can use Toxic with 100 percent accuracy as a result. If Poison isn't your aim, however, Amoongus has access to the 100 percent-accuracy move Spore, which will put enemies to sleep.

🔯With a nasty Energy Ball and Synthesis for recovery, this suspicious mushroom has a surprising amount of survivability𝐆.

However, what holds Tyranitar back from being a more effective wall is its Rock/Dark dual typing that allow🐎s powerful Fighting-type moves (which are common in competitive play) to easily deal severe damage to the would-be wall. 7 ⛄ Ferrothorn

Pokemon Anime Ferrothorn

A Grass/Steel dual-type Pokemon that has both high Defense and Special Defense, Ferrothorn can be a hug🌞e pain for opponents to deal with, as it is able to easily withstand several hits while it plagues them with several hazards like Stealth Rock and Spikes.

To top off its already stellar resiliency, Ferrorthorn has access to self-healing moves like Leech Seed and Ingrain, which, when paired with the Leftovers he♍ld item, provide it with a nonstop stream of additional HP.

6 🍬 🌌 Mega Scizor

While Scizor is already a great Pokemon in its ownꦏ right, it becomes an absolute menace 🍌when given access to its Mega Form.

Toting a great defensive Bug/Steel typing, Mega Scizor has very few glaring weaknesses, while it is further backed up by great Attack and Defense, as well as s൩olid Special Defense. If you would prefer your Metagros𓄧s to fill a more defensive role, it is even able to use great moves like Iron Defense and 🍸Protect.

4 ꦿ Mega Sableye

mega sableye anime

Like Slowbro, while Sableye isn't normally the most useful Pokemon around, its Mega form is a completely different story. As a Dark/Ghost-type, Mega Sableye has one of the best defensive typings in the entirety of Pokemon.

In addition to its Magic Bounce ability that can reflect many status effects back at their source, Mega Sableye's high defensive stats are further backed up by access to several status moves of its own, as well as moves like Recover and Protect to help it stay around to plague one's opponents.

3 Toxapex

toxapex

With 152 Defense and 142 Special Defense, Toxapex is a Water/Poison-type that is easily one of the best defensive Pokemon in the series. Able to withstand nearly any form of offense with♎ ease, Toxapex has a stellar defensive move list.
