All of these can also be cleared with skills from Pokémon. Each one has something they're good at, called a Cafe Skill, which can aid you in clearing puzzles depending on what kind it is, so you'll need to make sure it matches.
Usually when you go to fill an order, the game will automatically show you which Pokémon on your staff is the best fit. The better the fit, the ♏quicker they can clear the puzzle. Make sure the Pokémon you want to use is set as the Cafe Mix leader, as they are the only ones who can use skills. To use a skill in a puzzle, you'll have to build it up by going through matching the icons first. This is especially recommended for the challenges where only skills or megaphones can clear it.
