Dragon-type Pokémon are somewhat of a rarity in the Pokémon universe because they are more pote꧂nt than the average type of creature. With such few designs, there are 🙈unfortunately a lot of them that don't precisely fit the or look like a typical dragon.

This list will cover some 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dragon-type Pokémon that make very little sense and havꦬe questiona🐓ble biology within the franchise. From Shelgon to Guzzlord, here are 10 Dragon-type Pokémon that make no sense!

10 Shelgon

There are many Pokémon in the f✱ranchise that don't quite look like their typing, and this is one of the main offendors of that issue. Although its evolution, Salamence, does look like a❀ Dragon-type, it's two pre-evolutions just don't make the cut as scary dragons.

Shelgon is a Pokémon worth noting because it has no traits of a typical dragon from folklore, and fans are quite confused when initially seeing it when they aren't aware of its more d🙈ragon-like evolution.

9 Guzzlord

Guzzlord is an Ultra Beast, and fans have been trying to figure out its weird design for years. The most peculiar thing about this Pokémon is that it has arms coming out of its mouth and also seem🔜ingly multiple rows of teeth, leaving fans dumbfounded as to how it is a dragon.

There are very few things about this Pokémon that point towards it being a Dragon-type, so when fans🔜 first learned of its unique typing, they were quite befuddled as to how it was the case. Perhaps through more Pokédex entries in the future, fans will discover more about this creature, and its typing will finally make sense.

8 Goomy

Goomy is known asꦬ the weakest Dragon-type in existence, and that's no surprise just by looking at its lackluster app🧜earance. It's a cute Pokémon, but otherwise, it doesn't offer much in terms of its move set or stats.

With all of this being the case, fans have wondered since generation 6 how this creature ever became a Dragon-type and if the developers messed up by not making it a Normal-type i🌠nstead. Luckily, its final evolution makes a bit more sense than the Pokémon itself, but it still confuses players as to how this little weakling became a dragon in the f𓆏irst place.

7 Mega Amp𝓰haros

The Mega evolution of this fan-favorite Pokémon left many fans happy that it had gotten some love in generation 6. It was still confusing༺, however, because its evolut𝓡ion looked less like a dragon than its original form.

Fans wondered if it should have had a Fairy or Psychic-typing instead because that would have fit its appearance much better than its peculiar Dragon-typing. It would be interesting to see Ampharos get a regional Dragon-type form in the future that looks a little bit more sensible𓆏 than its Mega evolutio🍬n.

6 Tyrunt

Tyrunt is a dinosaurꦿ Pokémon, and the reason that it makes no sense is that dragons and dinosaurs don't usually mix. Although dragons and dinosaurs can share some similar traits ജat times, they aren't quite the same in terms of biology or appearance.

This Pokémon's typing left fans wondering why it hadn't been giving a Ground or Normal🔯-typing instead of its weird and questionable Dragon-type. Perhaps this Pokémon will make no sense in its typing forever.

5 Kyurem

Kyurem is a fascinating creature, and it also꧟ happens to be꧙ one of the most powerful legendary Pokémon in all of generation 5. Kyurem is able to fuse with two other legendary Pokémon, Reshiram and Zekrom, and what fans don't understand about this creature is why it can't fuse with lots of other Pokémon as well.

Unlike other Pokémon on this list, this creature's typing isn't the issue; it's the very weird ability that allows it to fuse that makes no sense and🅰 has confused players for years. Hopefully, it's fusion ability will be explained in the future because right now this Dragon-type makes almost 0 sense.

4 Alolan Exeggutoꦦr

This weird palm tree creature is a peculiar sight to see because it doesn't look anything like a Dragon-type. At leastꦰ th🅰e other Pokémon on this list have traits of dragons, but this creature doesn't have any to speak of.

Alolan Exeggutor is💟 an exciting Pokémon without a doubt, but its Dragon-typing is somewhat undeserved compared to other creatures that should have the typing instead. At least it's original form's typing made sense, and hopefully, if there is ever another regional variant of Exeggutor it's typing will be less questionable.

3 Applin

Fans were extremely confused when this P👍okémon was revealed in generation 8. It doesn't look anything like a dragon, and in fact, it's just a tiny apple.

It's two evolutions also don't make any sense either, but at least they are🌸 much more durable compared to Applin that is apparently a . It's decisions like this one that makes fans question what Gamefreak is thinking while designing neౠw Pokémon.

2 👍 ༺ Mega Sceptile

Mega Sceptile is a strong Pokémon, and fans were glad to see the generation 3 starters get some love in the Hoenn remakes. Even with how much fans love this Pokémon, they still question it's weird typing be🃏cause it looks nothing like a dragon.

A better secondary typing for this Mega evolution would have been Psychic or Dark because of the fierce look that Sceptile usually puts on during a Pokémon🍸▨ battle. Regardless of the weird typing, Mega Sceptile fans still happy to see a new form for their favorite Grass-type starter.

1 Hydreigon

This Pokémon 𒐪looks precisely like a dragon should, and in terms of design, Gamefreak hit the nail right on the head. However, Hydreigon is still a bizarre creature because it goes from having one head in its first evolution to two in its second form, and then three heads for itsꦆ final evolution.

Fans could forgive this Pokémon if it originally had multiple heads; however, the biology of sprouting heads when it evolves makes very little sense for most fans that are interested in the biology of a Pokémon. This issue pr🦋obably won't be explained in the 🌠future; however, fans would love if they got at least a bit more information about this three-headed monster and how it grows extra heads!
