1 Electrode
It has always been a bit of a head-scratcher as to why Electrode is one of the fastest Pokemon in the series. Introduced in Generation I as the fast Pokemon, Electrode would hold this title until Generation III introd🧸uced🌟 Deoxys and Ninjask.
To this day, Electrode is sti♍ll tied for fifth place with a base speed stat of 150, alongside other ultra-fast speed racers like Mega Alakazam and Shadow Rider Calyrex, sitting only one point behind Pheromosa.
