The biggest Pokemon news of the week only happened a few hours ago thankꦕs to the P♉okemon Presents showcase. Unsurprisingly, most of the stories in our round-up come from that, including the reveal of a whole new game.

Pokemon Scarlet & Violet Coming Late 2022
Coming as a surprise to pretty much everyone, Gen 9 is coming a whole lot sooner than expected. Pokemon Scarlet &🌌 Violet are launch🌱ing on Nintendo Switch later this year, and it looks like it’s fairly far along in development. The trailer gave us a lot of detail, showing off various areas of t💯he new region, which we don’t yet know the name of. The start൲ers were also revealed, and everyone has already fallen in love with them. Especially the grass kitten - which is clearly the best one.
Pokemon Legends: Arceus Daybreak Update Adds New Missions And Battles
Nothing can really top the Gen 9 reveal, but this was still surprising in its own right. Pokemon Leg꧙ends♕: Arceus is receiving an update today, adding a new investigation as well as new battles to fight. These battles will be held on the training grounds, and seem to be fought with familiar NPCs, such as the leaders of the Diamond and Pea🐎rl clans. This comes just a month after Legends: Arceus launched, suggesting we can expect more updates like this down the line.
Duraludon Is Coming To Pokemon Unite, New Game Modes Announced
Pokemon Unite wasn’t neglected during the Pokemon Day celeꦺbrations. We got news of one of the next ‘Mon to join the roster, Duraludon, as well as information on new game modes, which are live in the game now. Full-fury battle allows players to pick any Pokemon, and is much more faster paced. On top of the waiting tim♑e to start the game being reduced, cooldowns are also m😼uch shorter, as well as respawn times. This game mode will be available every Saturday, Sunday and Monday while the Pokemon Day event is live.

And here it is, our only non-Pokemon Presents related story of the week. With Pokemon cards selling for ridiculous amounts, it was only a matter of time before this happened.
