2023's Go Fest logo looks a lot like any of the other Go Fest logos to have come before it. A shield-type emblem with a yellow banner across 🐟it. They might be small, but it's evident, even when studying them from a distance, that they are the same, or at least very similar, to the pink rock that can be found on Diancie's chest.
Diancie being the focus of 2023's Go Fest research would follow in the footsteps of last year's even during which Shaymin was added to the game for the first time. 2022 was also the first time Go Fest returned to an in-person event following the pandemic. On top of the pink gem ♐theory, another player has pointed out that Diancie has a Mega Evolution, and if Niantic wants to add that form, it needs to add Diancie to the game and make its shiny variant available sooner rather than later.
