Niantic has revealed that three sets of weekly timed research are coming to Pokémon GO during the build to GO Fest 2020.
Despite the ongoing global pandemic, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokémon GO's GO Fest will go ahead 😼next🐼 month. However, it will look very different from the GO Fests that have happened in the past. They usually take place in major cities around the world and require thousands of trainers to flock to those cities and take part. For obvious reasons, that can't happen this time around.
Instead, GO Fest will be a worldwide event to which every trainer is invited. Anyone and everyone who plays Pokémon GO can buy a ticket and take part when the event takes place on July 25 and 26, 2020. Even better, Niantic has revealed there will be plenty for trainers to do during the build to GO Fest, and best of 🍎all, the build-up doesn🌞't require the purchase of a ticket.
It will mark the return of weekly timed research to the game, as was the case via Pokémon GO's four Throwback Events throughout May. There will be three events during July, the first of which will begin at 8 am local time on July 3. What happens over the course of that week will determine if extra Pokémon are added to the GO Fest experien꧟ce at the end of the month.
There will be three sets of timed research challe♔nges each week. In order to add extra Pokémon to GO Fest, one million players from each team will need to complete the challenges in their entirety. For example, during the first week, one million Team Instinct trainers completing the research will add Chimecho to GO Fest, the same from Team Mystic will add Alomomola, and Chansey if Team Valor gets the job done.
The same will apply to weeks two and three of the GO Fest build-up challenges, with different Pokémon as rewards for each team, each week. There will also be special Pokémon appearing during the build-up weeks, including the debut of Flying Pikachu.
