Niantic has continued to make Pokémon GO as playable as possible during the pandemi☂c as it begins testing daily spawns and free🐻 item boxes.
The COVID-19 outbreak could have been detrimental to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokémon GO. As more and more governments enforced lockdowns around the world, many of the app's players might have forgotten all about their quest to catch 'em all. However, those who kept the faith and remained locked in, despite being locked down, have been rewarded by Niantic over and over again.
The list of Pokémon GO's features that have been tweaked and added is a long one. Eggs take half the walking distance to hatch, Battle League has no walking requirement, Remote Raid Pa🔴sses allow trainers to take part in Raids from a distance, and this year's GO Fest will be a worldwide digital event. Since the pandemic continues on, Niantic continues to tweak the game.
The latest feature getting a trial run comes in the form of Daily Spawns and Daily Free Boxes, announced via Pokémon GO's website this week. A limited number of trainers will be greeted by Professor Willow over the coming days. He will inform players that he is equipping them with an Incense that will attract a certain type of Pokémon once a day.
The Free Daily Box feature also won't be available to all trainers right away. A notification will s𝄹imply appear on the shop button if there is a free box waiting for players. There is no word on what items the box will contain, but apparently, the items will change each day to keep trainers logging bacꦕk in.
There's also no word on how long it will take to roll these features out to everyone. The announcement says it will happen in the "coming months", yet we have alr꧟eady seen the personal Incense in action. It's also described as limited, so may not stick around forever. There's no telling if any of the features Niantic has added since the start of the pandemic will become permanent fixtures once the world has returned to some semblance of normal.
